How to Cancel Patient Appointments on Tridiuum ONE

If you need to cancel a patient appointment from the web application, the following training document provides information on how to do so.  Whatever changes you make on the web application will also reflect in your Tridiuum ONE Connect iPad app and vice versa.

If you cancel a patient's appointment, and you have never seen this patient before, the patient will be removed from your patient list entirely! We recommend calling the patient prior to cancelling the appointment to see if they can reschedule with you prior to cancelling the appointment.  If you accidentally cancel the patients appointment and lose their information, email us at help@tridiuum.com or submit an issue in our support portal and we will assign the patient back to your list.  Thank you!

  1. On your SCHEDULING tab, find the patient's appointment that needs to be cancelled and click on the patients name.                             

  2. The patient appointment box will appear.  Click CANCEL APPOINTMENT.                                                                                                                
  3. A confirmation will appear verifying you would like to cancel the patients appointment.  Click OK if you want to cancel or CANCEL to make no changes.
  4. The patient can now receive an email and/or text message when the appointment is cancelled.  The following images reflect the email and/or text message the patient will receive.
