How to Merge Patient Data

If one patient is set up with Tridiuum ONE twice, use this training document to learn how to merge the two patients.

1. From the clinical home page, click on the PATIENTS tab.

   Open

   

2. Click Manage Patients

   Open

   

3. Search for the duplicate patient, then click on the patient name to go to the Patient Profile Page.

4. Click on View Patient Info.

5. Click Merge Patient.

6. In the Find Patient search field, start entering the patient’s name or MRN to find the patient.

7. Click MERGE.
