How to Edit Patient Appointments on Tridiuum ONE

This training document will help to explain how to edit your patient appointments on the Tridiuum ONE web application. All information adjusted on the web app will also reflect in the Tridiuum ONE Connect iPad app.


  1. On the SCHEDULING tab, find the patient appointment you want to edit.  Tap on the patients name to open the patient appointment information.

  2. Click EDIT on the patient appointment box to edit the patient appointment information such as site, appointment type, start date and time, and end date and time.
  3. From this screen you can also CANCEL APPOINTMENT if needed, mark it a NO-SHOW, or add any additional Notes for your purpose of the meeting.  These notes can only be viewed by you, the Provider.  When completed, click SAVE to save the changes.                                                                                                                                                                  
  4. The patient's appointment has now been edited accordingly.
  5. If an assessment has already been sent to a patient, you will receive the following error message when trying to edit the patient appointment.                                                     


Any changes made on the web application will also reflect on the Tridiuum ONE Connect App.
