How to View a New Patient Notification

The following training document will walk you through how to know if you have any new patient notifications and also how to view those notifications.

 

  1. A new patient notification will display at the top right bell icon. Click on the bell icon to open more information.

  2. Click on the notification to go to the Patient Profile Page.

  3. On the Patient Profile Page you can review the Call Center screener results prior to the first session with your new patient.

  4. On the ASSESSMENTS Tab you can view the Screener and Q&A Report.
