Group Therapy Profile Guide
Learn how to navigate to Group Profiles from the Group Therapy Dashboard, where you can view assessment results, schedule group visits and launch group video sessions.
1. Navigate to Group Therapy Profile
In the top navigation bar, click on the Patients tab. In the dropdown menu, click Manage Therapy Groups to navigate to group therapy information. Click on your desired group to open the Group Therapy Profile.
2. View Results and Alerts
Here, you can access each group member's assessment results and alerts. Hover over their scores for more information. Click on a group member's name to access their individual treatment details on their Patient Profile.
3. Schedule Group Visits
Scroll through the profile to view previous group therapy sessions. To schedule a new group visit, click +Add Visit and fill out the appointment details.
4. Launch Group Video Sessions
To launch a video session with your therapy group from a profile, click Video Session in the green navigation bar. In the pop-up window, confirm the Site, Assessment Type, and Participants. When you're finished, click Start Session to launch a virtual group therapy session on demand.
