Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to a resource such as an application, online account, or a VPN. MFA is a core component of a strong identity and access management (IAM) policy. Rather than just asking for a username and password, MFA requires one or more additional verification factors, which decreases the likelihood of a successful cyber attack.

This login process will be required at the first login into your Tridiuum ONE account for the day.

MFA verification via Email Instructions:

1. When you first head to the Tridiuum ONE login page at the beginning of your day, you’ll enter your Username and Password.

2. Once you click Login, you’ll be sent an email with the verification code. If you do not receive the code via email, you can click Resend Code. NOTE: Check your spam or junk mailbox if you did not receive in your regular inbox.

3. Type in the verification code sent to you and click VERIFY to access your Tridiuum ONE account.

MFA verification via Text Instructions:

When you first head to the Tridiuum ONE login page at the beginning of your day, you’ll enter your Username and Password.

2. Once you click Login, you’ll be sent an email with the verification code. If you would like to receive a text message instead, select Receive text message instead. If you do not receive the code, you can click Resend Code which will be sent to email. To resend text message select Receive text message instead again.

3. Tridiuum ONE Authentication verification code will be sent via text message. NOTE: To update or verify phone number in Tridiuum, select gear icon and go to My Settings.

4. Type in the verification code sent to you and click VERIFY to access your Tridiuum ONE account.

NOTE: The TridiuumONE Connect iPad App will not be impacted by MFA.
