How to Add a Patient

The following training document will walk you through how to add a patient to your patient list in Tridiuum ONE.

1. From the Clinical Home, click the PATIENTS tab.                         
2. If your Tridiuum ONE subscription has a Patients tab drop-down menu, select Manage Patients.
3. From the Patients page, click +ADD PATIENT.                                      
4. Fill in your patient's information. Required fields are designated with red asterisks; however, if your organization uses the Send to Patient workflow, adding a phone number and/or email address may also be required. Don't forget the Address and/or insurance tabs at the top. Click SAVE CHANGES.
