How to Add Patients who aren't in Tridiuum ONE

The following are the steps required to add a patient who you have been approved to see to your patient list. After the patient has completed the assessment they will be listed under the patients tab.

1.  On the Clinical Home, click +ADD ASSESSMENT icon on the right of the page.

2. An ADD ASSESSMENT box will appear. Enter, or select from the available drop down for the following fields: Enter MRN, Select Site where you are administering the assessment, Select Assessment Type, and Select View.

3. IF Send to Patient is selected, more fields will appear in the box. Mark the corresponding check box for email and/or text. Enter or confirm patient email address and/or phone number as needed. Once the information is complete and correct, click SEND ASSESSMENT.

   Depending on your organizations configurations, email and text may not display.

      Once SEND is clicked, the box will close automatically.  Clicking the X or CANCEL will close this screen without saving changes.   

4. Once the patient has completed their assessment, you will be able to search and find the patient under the PATIENTS tab at the top of your screen.

5. On Patients Page, type in patient information on the search bar and tap enter on your keyboard. You can search for your patient by using MRN, First Name, or Last Name.

6. Patients will filter out based on searched information. Patient information fields that will display per patient are: NAME, DOB, MRN, DATE REGISTERED into the Tridiuum system, LAST ASSESSMENT date, LAUNCH, EDIT (if applicable) and DELETE (if applicable).

7. Click on the Patients name to pull up their Patient Detail page to view more information about this patient's scores and assessment responses.
