Group Therapy Dashboard Guide

Learn how to create/edit groups, launch on-demand group video sessions, and schedule group video appointments. You can now manage your therapy group participants in the same way you would your one-on-one patients.

How to create/edit groups

1. From the PATIENTS tab, select Manage Therapy Groups.

2. Existing group information will be presented. Click +ADD GROUP to create a new group. Click the pencil icon under the EDIT column to edit an existing group.

3. Enter all information.

How to add participants

1. To add participants to a group, begin typing the participant’s name or MRN. As you type, results will appear. Select participant from the drop-down menu.

2. Patient’s email address/phone number will automatically populate. Enter payment information if applicable. Click to add participant.

How to remove participants

1. To remove a participant, click the icon beside the participant's information.

2. When all group fields are filled out, click CREATE GROUP or SAVE CHANGES.

How to launch on demand group video session

1. From the PATIENTS tab, select Manage Therapy Groups.

2. Click the video play icon under the LAUNCH column for a specific group you want to launch.

3. Click START SESSION.

Schedule group video appointments

1. Click the SCHEDULING tab to access calendar.

2. Click +ADD APPOINTMENT.

3. Select your Site and confirm Provider. As you begin typing Group Name, results will appear. Select the group from the drop-down menu.

4. Fill out required appointment fields (Start Date/Time and End Date/Time of group, Visit Type, whether the appointment is in person or virtual, Assessment Type to be sent to participants, and any Notes you may have). Click CREATE when all necessary fields have been filled out.

Appointment notification

1. Providers will be reminded of scheduled group video session 15 minutes prior to the appointment.

2. Click JOIN VIDEO SESSION to begin the group.
