How to Remove Patients from Patient List Using Tridiuum ONE
The following training document will walk you through how to remove a patient from your patient list.
Please ensure the proper documentation is completed such as the TPI assessments and Discharge Summary prior to removing a patient from your patient list.
As a user authorized to use this feature, you will notice a Don’t show me this patient any more icon.
When you click on the link, you will be directed to CONFIRM you’d like to remove this patient or CANCEL to not complete this task. A notification will appear that states, Are you sure you want to remove this patient from your panel? You will no longer have access to this patient. This action can only be undone by your Tridiuum1 Administrator.
