Platform Update | Impacts: Members
Updates to the Member Appointment Confirmation messaging:
For virtual appointments only, we have removed any mention on the Appointment Confirmation page of the provider’s location and solely direct members to view the provider profile for additional information.
If the member has an active link to Member Self-Serve, we have added a link on the Appointment Confirmation page directing the member to the Appointment Portal to view/schedule appointments.
