Member Self-Serve Appointment Portal Update | Impacts: Members
When a member is booking an appointment with a provider who is out of the member’s state, we have updated the message informing the member of the provider’s location to better ensure the member has reviewed the message.
Additionally, we have added a checkbox to this message which must be checked before the member can proceed with booking the appointment.
Platform Update - Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) | Impacts: Users Logging In (Non-SSO Platform Users/Organizations)*

We're updating our two-factor authentication (2FA) process for enhanced security. Non-SSO users logging into the platform will need to authenticate once per day per unique device or internet browser.
This update will not impact most users unless a user switches devices or browsers throughout the day.
