Member Self-Serve Update - Provider Detail Page Filters | Impacts: Users in Organizations Utilizing Member Self-Serve*

Enhancements to the Member Self-Serve filters displayed on the Provider Detail page:
We added the “Distance from” field below “Time Range”:
Filter should maintain what was entered on the Provider List page, if available.
If not available because it’s a “reschedule”, the filter will default to member’s address.
We added the travel radius filter:
Filter should maintain what was entered on the Provider List page, if available.
If not available because it’s a “reschedule”, the travel radius will default to 10 miles.
Platform Update - Manage Provider Profiles Page | Impacts: Users with Access to the Page/Feature*

Enhancement to update the “Activity Status” filter to default to “Active” users when the page is loaded.
Previously the Manage Provider Profiles page was displaying all providers as the default (including inactive users) so we have updated the default to only show active users unless a user filters to “All”.
Platform Update - Patient Profile, Clinical Notes | Impacts: Users with Clinical Data Access*

Increase the character limit on all notes fields that currently have a 300 or 5,000 character limit to a 10,000 character limit.
Increase the line limit to 200 lines.
Platform Update - Scheduling Page: Edit Appointment Modal | Impacts: Users with Access to Scheduling*

Minor tweak to the Edit Appointment modal warning message verbiage when a user cannot edit the appointment due to an assessment being previously sent, in order to clarify the reason it is unable to be edited/read only:
If the user cannot edit the appointment because an assessment was sent, we should not display:
“You're changing an appointment” to the past. Are you sure you want to do this?” or
“You cannot modify this appointment prior to a time the appointment was made.” or
“Conflict: An existing appointment is already scheduled during this time slot.”
And instead, the text will only display as “You cannot modify this appointment, as an assessment has already been sent to the patient. You will need to cancel this appointment and create. a new one:
