Member Messaging Update | Impacts: Members

  • The access code sent to members for opening secure messages has been updated to no longer be case sensitive.

Platform Update - Incomplete Profile/Sites Banner | Impacts: Provider Users who Receive Appointments Booked through the Lucet Call Center Application*

*for certain organizations only, not applicable for all customers
  • Updates to the orange banner instructing users to complete their profile and/or site(s) with more helpful messaging that describes which area(s) (profile or site(s)) require attention.

    • Number of incomplete sites user cannot receive referrals at is now incorporated into the messaging.

    • Link in the banner currently opens the My Profile modal, and has been updated to open the same modal to the Professional or Site tab based on the incomplete tab requiring attention.

Platform Update - Manage Sites, Edit Site modal | Impacts: Users With Permission to Edit Sites

  • Enhancement to the field naming on the Manage Sites page, Edit Site modal to better clarify that changes made to the site impact everyone associated to the site, which could be multiple providers/users. We also added instructional messaging to emphasize this.

     

General Improvements and Enhancements

We’ve addressed various issues to ensure a smoother and more reliable application experience.

Member Self Serve Appointment Portal:

  • Enhancement to provider filter menu layout on the mobile optimized version.

  • An indicator has been added directing users to the Provider Details page if more appointment times are available for booking with a provider than shown on the Provider Listing page.

  • Streamlined the look of the screener by removing unnecessary images.
