Executive Summary

Released various usability enhancements:

  • MFA: As communicated in Tridiuum ONE Connect app v2.16.0 Release Notes, users will be required to utilize MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) when logging into the Native App.

  • Age Range Flexibility:

To allow providers greater flexibility, we’ve separated Client Focus into 2 different areas: Client Focus and Age Ranges Treated. Previously, if a provider treats patients ages 0-7, there was a disconnect for selecting Toddler/Pre-School 0 - 5 and Children 6 - 10. We have added the ability to add Age Ranges Treated via My Profile and Manage Users page.

    • users can add as many age ranges as they want, but if the age ranges overlap, we will consolidate upon saving. Example:

      • Age Ranges Treated: 3 to 10

      • Age Ranges Treated: 9 to 15

      • would become: Age Ranges Treated: 3 to 15

    • if age rage has a minimum of a value greater than 0 and the max is blank: Example:

      • Min=18 and Max is blank, we display 18+ on the Patient-Facing view

    • if age rage has a minimum of 0 and the max is blank, we display, “All Ages” on the Patient-Facing view

    • New provider age range functionality will be used in the same way for how patients will be matched with providers via the Call Center.

  • Data Improvements:
    • Patient and Provider Date of Birth: The Date of Birth field has invalid entries such as a date of birth in 2021 or 2022. We have made improvements to be more intuitive to encourage more accurate data collection:

      • removed the calendar widget into a type-in field only.

      • Whatever format the user chooses for entering the date (dashes, spaces, slashes, dots between the month, day, and year components), their input will be recognized.

      • As the user starts typing, we will keep the format suggestions when the user activates the field

    • Patient and Site Zip Code: The zip code field previously allowed for non-numeric characters and spaces. Valid zip codes will help provide users to input consistent data and assist with certification of providers and increase referrals.

      • Reformatted zip code to allow for both 5- and 9-digit formats (called ZIP+4). (examples: 19143 or 19143-2117). Validation includes:

        • removing all spaces

        • must be numeric only (integers: 0-9)

        • If zip code has fewer than 5 numbers, display in red under field, "Please enter a valid zip code."

        • If the user types or pastes more than 5 numbers, add - (hyphen) and require an additional 4 digits (0-9)

        • if the user types or pastes more than 5 numbers, but less than 9, display in red under field, "Please enter a valid zip code (#####-####)."

        • if an existing user has an invalid zip code when they go to the page, provide applicable validation messages and require to be updated.

    • Patient, Provider, and Site Area Code: Valid area codes will help provide users to input consistent data and assist with certification of providers.

      • If the area code begins with 1 or 0, display in red under field, "Please enter a valid area code starting with a number 2 - 9."

  • Provider Profile: For improved data collection and display on the Provider Profile, we have updated the Title field to be a dropdown and the Suffix field to be a multi-select dropdown rather than open-ended text boxes.
  • Resolved:
    • The cursor shifting to the very end while removing the Phone Number (Masked) fields.
