Platform Update - Patient Profile, Clinical Notes | Impacts: Users Permitted to Use Clinical Notes*

Enhancement to add AutoSave toggle and functionality to each clinical note template, except freeform notes:
When editing a note draft or creating a new note, we added an AutoSave toggle at the top left and made the top bar sticky, so as a user scrolls the AutoSave toggle, note title, and X remain visible at the top of the modal.
AutoSave can be toggled ON or OFF at the user’s discretion and will be set to ON by default.
The SAVE AS DRAFT button will not appear when AutoSave is enabled and instead will appear as CLOSE, since the draft will save automatically in this scenario.
Completed notes still need to be submitted to be entered into the system.

We’ve addressed various issues to ensure a smoother and more reliable application experience.
Patient Profile (DSBO Provider Organization Only): Call Center Appointment Cancellation Reason Missing from Visits Tab
We have made an update so the appointment cancellation reason selected in the call center screener will now display in the provider organization on the Patient Profile page. Previously, it was only displaying on the Patient Profile page in the payor organization.
Member Self Serve Appointment Portal:
Performance upgrade to load providers with availability to be booked appointments faster.
