AdvancedMD Direct Booking - Integration

Tridiuum offers calendar syncing to providers that manage their day-to-day work schedule using AdvancedMD’s Scheduler (calendar). Availability added by the provider to their AMD Scheduler will get synced to their Tridiuum ONE calendar. Appointments booked in Tridiuum ONE will get synced to a provider’s AMD Scheduler.

Data Sharing Between Organizations (DSBO)/Public APIs

To support the ability of different Tridiuum organizations to share availability, referrals survey results, or book appointments with each other, we have worked on the ability to improve our public API offerings to make implementations/integrations faster with universal access to consumers.

Call Center/Tridiuum ONE Connect and Scheduling

Coming soon, we will be turning on a new feature to track and report appointment cancellations based on reason and user/role. This is a configuration by organization and available through Tridiuum ONE Scheduling, as well as Tridiuum ONE Connect.

User Management

We have made updates to the Manage Users page to allow for more seamless activity monitoring and data collection.
