Call Center/Tridiuum ONE Connect and Scheduling
We continue to make improvements to our call center in screening, referrals, and agent interactions.
After a Call Center agent exits the booking page, they will no longer be prompted with an additional question: Do you need to complete another referral? before exiting.
Improved user interface design on Call Center multi-referral screen.
Fixed flashing on final multi-referral screen for Call Center.

Adjusted custom range date filter to allow up to 92 days to accommodate for longer months in a 3-month period.
Provider Profile: Age Ranges Treated
To allow providers greater flexibility, we’ve separated Client Focus into 2 different areas: Client Focus and Age Ranges Treated. Previously, if a provider treats patients ages 0-7, there was a disconnect for selecting Toddler/Pre-School 0 - 5 and Children 6 - 10. We have added the ability to add Age Ranges Treated via My Profile and Manage Users page.
users can add as many age ranges as they want, but if the age ranges overlap, we will consolidate upon saving. Example:
Age Ranges Treated: 3 to 10
Age Ranges Treated: 9 to 15
would become: Age Ranges Treated: 3 to 15
if age rage has a minimum of a value greater than 0 and the max is blank: Example:
Min=18 and Max is blank, we display 18+ on the Patient-Facing view
if age rage has a minimum of 0 and the max is blank, we display, “All Ages” on the Patient-Facing view
New provider age range functionality will be used in the same way for how patients will be matched with providers via the Call Center.
