Highlights of the release are below:

Member Self-Serve Mobile View Updates - Book Appointment Modal, Provider Listing Page, and Provider Detail Page | Impacts: Users in Organizations Utilizing Member Self-Serve*

• Member Self Serve Appointment Portal - Mobile Version New Tooltips:

  • We have added an info icon and tooltips to the mobile view of Member Self Serve for the following scenarios:

    • On the Book Appointment Modal:

      • The info icon next to ‘Virtual’ will display and when the icon is selected, it will display the tooltip text, "Virtual option is disabled based on search filters":

      • The info icon next to ‘In Person’ will display and when the icon is selected, it will display the following tooltip text, based on the member’s search criteria and/or location:

        • "In person option is disabled based on search filters"

        • "In person option is disabled based on travel radius"

    • On the Provider Listing and Provider Detail pages: If the provider has selected pronouns and there is a “pronunciation” description, the mobile version will now display:

    • All tooltip messages can be dismissed if tapped again.

General Improvements and Enhancements

We’ve addressed various issues to ensure a smoother and more reliable application experience.

• Update to Manage Users page, when adding a new user or editing an existing user:

  • The user’s selected site(s) were previously cleared if the user’s role was changed in certain scenarios, requiring the site(s) to be re-added to the user’s profile prior to saving any changes made to the user/account. This has been updated so the user’s site(s) will not be removed if a new role for the user is selected.
