Member Self-Serve Update - Welcome and Appointment Confirmation Pages | Impacts: Users in Organizations Utilizing Member Self-Serve*

We have added a “Logout” icon and functionality to the Welcome page on the right side of the blue banner:
If the member logs out, they are directed to a Thank You page with the following message:
Once a member books an appointment, and the member does not have any additional appointments to book, we have added a “Return Home” link, directing the member back to the Welcome page where they can elect to logout:
Platform Update - Manage Users Page, Add/Edit User Modals | Impacts: Users with Access to Manage Other Users
We have added an indicator at the user level to easily identify if the user is a Test User:
Platform Update - Manage Visit Types Page, Rank Field | Impacts: Internal Users with Administrative Access
We have enabled the Rank field on the Manage Visit Types page to determine the order the visit types are displayed on the Add/Edit Availability, Appointment, and Hold modals.
Platform Update - My Profile, Sites Tab and Edit Sites Page | Impacts: Users with Access Edit Their Site
When a user changes their site to “virtual only”, a notification will now appear notifying them all appointments and availability will be switched to virtual and to contact patients/members to notify them of the change.
Notification appears when changed on “My Profile” and “Edit Sites”.
When the virtual only check box is selected and “Save Changes” is selected, and Notification will appear.
Notification:
Selecting “CONFIRM” will save changes and and site information will save.
Selecting “CANCEL” will close the box and no changes will be made.
Platform Update - Privacy Policy | Impacts: Users in Organizations with Google Calendar integrations*

Lucet’s legal team has updated the privacy policy in accordance with Google’s requirements for our Google Calendar integration.
General Improvements and Enhancements
We’ve addressed various issues to ensure a smoother and more reliable application experience.
Platform Update - Manage Visit Types Page | Impacts: Internal Users with Administrative Access
When selecting to edit a visit type and then selecting to cancel the changes, we have removed an extra space between “editing” and “the” on the modal warning message.
Platform Update - My Settings, Notifications Tab Impacts: All Users with Access to Notifications
For consistency in all tabs on the My Settings modal, we have updated the “SAVE CHANGES” button on My Settings - Notifications tab to “SAVE” so it matches the button on the Security tab.
