Call Center Updates | Impacts: Call Center Users*
Enhanced filtering on the Appointment Booking Page:
Multi-select: The following fields have been updated to allow for multi-select on the Appointment Booking page so users can filter results by more than one selection: Specialties, Type of Therapy, and Languages.
Additional filters: The following fields have been added as filters on the Appointment Booking page: Years in Practice, Modality, Education, Race, and Ethnicity. These fields previously existed in provider profiles only.

Patient Profile Updates:
GAD and PHQ Graph:
We have updated the GAD and PHQ Graph on the Patient Profile and in the PDF Reports to include results after 19 weeks.
PDF Report Thumbnails:
For enhanced performance, we have replaced the custom-generated report thumbnails on the Patient Profile page with more generic report icons.
Platform Update | Impacts: Members
Member Self Serve:
We have added email and phone number fields on the Member Self-Serve Appointment Booking modal so members can select the method in which they would prefer their Appointment Confirmation delivered.
