Executive Summary

Highlights of the release are below:

Member Messaging Updates | Impacts: Members

  • Update to member messaging appointment reminder architecture to prevent notifications from being sent at early morning or late evening hours:

    • We have updated member appointment reminders to be scheduled to be sent 48 hours prior to the appointment (based on the start date) and to schedule Member Self Serve booking reminders 7 days before link expiration.

Organization Subscription Enrollment Update | Impacts: New and Existing Lucet Provider Organization Users

  • Update to Default Organization Configurations:

    • The expiration time for the link in the emails inviting new users to the platform has been increased to 72 hours.

Platform Update - My Profile Modal | Impacts: Provider Users who Receive Appointments Booked through the Lucet Call Center Application*

*for certain organizations only, not applicable for all customers
  • Updates to My Profile fields that are required for booking:

    • We removed the green highlight that outlines required fields when the field is populated.

    • We updated the yellow highlight color that outlines required fields when the field is not populated.

Platform Updates - My Settings Modal | Impacts: Users Belonging to Organizations with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enabled for Logging in and/or Provider or Scheduling Admin Users who Receive Notifications for Appointment Updates*

  • In the My Settings modal, we have added further instructional messaging including a link the user can click to manually refresh the modal if the user has verified their phone number and/or email and left the modal open during this process.

Platform Update - My Settings Modal | Impacts: Provider or Scheduling Admin Users who Receive Notifications for Appointment Updates*

*for certain organizations only, not applicable for all customers and not automatically enabled without action from user
  • My Settings modal, Notifications tab enhancement to allow permitted users the ability to turn on and manage text message notifications for new appointments and/or updates to existing appointments:

Platform Update - Patient Profile | Impacts: Users in DSBO-enabled organizations with Google Calendar integrations*

*for certain organizations only, not applicable for all customers
  • Enhancement to capture the cancellation reason on the platform for appointments cancelled through Google Calendar

    • Cancel reason should be set to ‘Other' with comments: "Appointment was cancelled in Google Calendar" on the Patient Profile - Visits tab:

Digital Adoption Update | Impacts: Platform Users for Organizations with Access to the Sites Tab in My Profile

  • Instructional messaging added on the My Profile - Sites tab:

    • We have added messaging warning users that changes made to the site tab will impact the site information for all users tied to the same site and is not specific to that user only.
