iOS Application Updates (Lucet Connect v2.24.0) | Impacts: Platform Users for Organizations with Access to the iOS Application*

*for certain organizations only, not applicable for all customers
  • This will not be a forced update to the application. Users can update the application and download the new version through the App Store at their convenience.

  • General application improvements include:

    • A more detailed banner informing the user why their profile or site is incomplete.

    • An easier way to add and edit profile, site, and patient images.

Member Messaging Update | Impacts: Members

  • Enhancement to accessing Lucet secure messages:

    • Members can now access secure messages by selecting ENTER or SUBMIT directly on their devices once an access code and date of birth has been input. This is available for mobile or desktop users.

    • Previously, members were only able to access their message by clicking the ACCESS MESSAGE button on the screen.

Resource Center Guide Update | Impacts: Platform Users for Organizations with Access to the Resource Center*

*for certain organizations only, not applicable for all customers
  • A new walkthrough is available in the Resource Center to guide users on how to manually send an assessment. This walkthrough will only appear in the list if manual assessment sending is part of the customer's implementation:
