Native Application Platform Updates | Impacts: Users Logging Into the iOS Native Application*

iOS Application Version Update:
With the release of the Lucet iOS application to Version 2.25.0, users will need to download the latest version from the App Store prior to the next login. If the device is setup with automatic updates, no action should be necessary.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
We're updating our two-factor authentication (2FA) process for enhanced security. Non-SSO users logging into the iPad application will need to authenticate once per day per unique device/web browser.
Navigation Tab Placement:
Users of iOS 18.0 and higher on an iPad device only will see an update to where the navigation tabs display within the application. The Home, Patients, Scheduling, and Profile navigation tabs will be updated to display at the top of the screen. The tabs previously displayed along the bottom of the screen.
