Assessments | PTSD5 Module

When making an update to a custom assessment, we inadvertently updated additional assessments to not display the PTSD5 module on update assessments (they were only being asked on the intake assessment.) This was resolved on March 31, 2023 in production. Assessments using the PTSD4 module were not impacted.

Direct Booking with Athena

We offer calendar syncing to providers and intake coordinators that manage their day-to-day work schedule in their preferred EHR.

  • True Speed to Care Tracking - Ongoing appointments booked for patients that were referred to Athena are now syncing back to Lucet, however we should not continue to sync patient appointments indefinitely. Eventually this will be based on whether or not the patient is still NavConnect eligible based on their insurance, but we do not have that information at this time. For the time being, we will stop syncing Athena-generated appointments for patients after the first additional appointment.

  • Enhanced integration to complete tasks more efficiently. Prior to this release, there could be around a 1 minute processing time for scheduling functions which is now a few seconds.

  • Resolved issue with Notes from the referral outcome page and booking notes section sent to Athena when DSBO confirmation feature is OFF

User Experience + General Updates

We continue to make updates that improve overall application performance and usability.

  • Case Review: Resolved an issue when multiple sites are selected, all sites in the area will display in the drop down, instead of all sites.

  • Clinical Home:

    • Resolved issue being able to start assessment.

    • Resolved search retention when switching between Clinical Home by Assessment and Clinical Home by Appointment and misleading the results.

  • Code Optimization: Updated embedded org-specific logic within at-home thank you page to be defined by an org configuration value.

  • Connect Home: Updated survey method on the call center controller to improve performance.

  • Patient Profile:

    • On the patient profile page, the assessment section at the bottom includes all the assessments in the patient’s current episode of care, which can be extremely long for patients who have been in active care for a long time. In order to increase page responsiveness, we implemented an “infinite scroll” feature so that we can start by rendering the last 20 surveys, and then load additional survey results, as required.

    • Resolved site incomplete message not displaying on the profile page when the site complete percentage is not 100%.

    • Resolved date discrepancy after assessment is completed.

  • Referral Home: Resolved issue with “today” date filter.

  • Scheduling Tab: Resolved issue regarding editing Availability (single and recurring).
