Direct Booking with Athena
We offer calendar syncing to providers and intake coordinators that manage their day-to-day work schedule in their preferred EHR.
Stopped automatically creating availability slots in Athena when booking an appointment. If availability is no longer available at the time of booking, we will return an error message to the call center asking them to find another availability slot.
Enhanced Athena Appointment Booking to include patient’s Insurance Plan Name, Insurance Member ID, and Booking Note.
During Appointment Booking, we have expanded the amount of data we send during appointment booking to include patient insurance information and booking notes (if available).
Added a way for us to internally monitor our DSBO connections to make sure they are up and running correctly.
If Booking Confirmation Returns "failed", we no longer create encounters in Payor & Provider Orgs
Resolved Athena Slots associated with cancelled appointments to be available for booking in call center.
Resolved booked slots getting removed from Lucet instead of being locked

Data Remediation
As part of a data remediation effort, we discovered that the following data quality concerns presented with data provided by an integration:
Duplicates of the same survey within the same file or across multiple files
Invalid response values within a survey
We've validated duplicate surveys for all responses matched exactly. This confirmed that the sender is consistently submitting exact duplicates, and not corrected data.

We continue to make updates that improve overall application performance and usability.

Update messaging that displays for a "locked" response from client Controller
Resolved issue of Cancelling Appointment modal not being dismissed if user tried to edit appointment prior to cancelling.
Resolved recurring availability added on the calendar while adding single availability from scheduling page
Improved average transaction time to process webhooks.
Improved performance when adding a location to an existing site or new site when the location code matches the source_site_code of unpaired encounters.
Added an index for the
updated_at
field in the surveys table, since this will grow over time, and then modified the query to take advantage of the index.Native app users (Clinical Data Access = My Patients) have the ability to remove patients from their list by selecting “I do not want to see this patient anymore” and when doing so this de-selects the user from Manage User access. If a native app user selects “I do not want to see this patient anymore” the patient is now removed from:
the native app user’s list
any scheduling admin that is associated with the same site as the native app user
