Appointment Reminders

In Release 3.34, we developed a 2 day appointment reminder for patients, but did not turn the functionality on.

  1. We added a configuration to have this reminder turned off for those organizations that directly send this information from their EHR.

  2. We added the ability for patients to opt-out of the reminder notifications.

Assessments

Youth Mental Health

Corrected a spelling issue on the Youth Mental Health Therapeutic Alliance question.

Original Result

“How do you feel about the last time you saw the therapist or doctor you're seing today?”

Auditing

Patient Payment Onboarding

We now create a log entry when there is a failure to create a customer with our Payment Partner during the Tridiuum ONE enrollment process.

Cloverleaf Log

Corrected an issue where the alerts xml wasn’t showing in the cloverleaf log when a Suicide alert was triggered for at-home Youth Mental Health and Youth Substance Use assessments.

Production Log

Made security updates for the following:

  • No client services (patient lookup or at-home assessment SSO) write request or response payloads are stored in the logs.

  • All defaults within code are cleared and no credentials are stored within the source control.

  • Verified for:

    • Experian Service

    • Patient Payment Service API

    • Find distances API.

    • AMD Service (Appointments API)

Clinical Documentation

Child Initial Evaluation Note

We corrected an issue where the Child Initial Evaluation note for a youth patient was unable to be selected if a screener was the latest survey result.

Original Result

  1. Navigate to a youth patient’s profile.

  2. Navigate to the Notes tab and select “+Add Note”.

  3. Select the Child Initial Evaluation and click Next. User is able to add and submit the note.

  4. Navigate to Tridiuum ONE Connect (Call Center App).

  5. Complete a screener for the same patient.

  6. Navigate to the patient’s profile. Screener is shown in the same episode of care.

  7. Navigate to the Notes tab and select “+Add Note”.

  8. Select Child Initial Evaluation and select Next.

  9. Receive, 'The selected note cannot be created for the selected episode of care.'

Clinical Home (Appointment View)

In the Clinical Home (Appointment View), we have added two new options on the Status Filter:

  • Sent: shows patient appointment where an assessment has been sent, but is not started.

  • No Assessment: shows patients with an appointment without an assessment

    • Please Note: Cancelled appointments are listed in the No assessment filter.

FICOM Matching

In order to deploy a new FICOM model and Rscript, we updated the logic to process the latest script output.

Please Note: This does not have any client-facing impact.

Manage Users

CSV Export

We added the Geography (or whatever the org call it (e.g. Area, Key…etc” in the Manage Users CSV Export.

Performance Improvement

Made a change to optimize the Site field, which could cause a delay when adding/editing a user when there is a large number of sites present when all geographies are selected.

Messaging

At Home Assessment Delivery Status

We have updated messaging when an at-home assessment has failed to send to a patient via email and/or text.

Assessments sent by an integrated client:

  • for a scheduled assessment through the API, it will be marked as “SENT - Delivered”

  • for an on-demand at-home assessment, information on deliverability will be sent to Tridiuum from the client EMR

  • when an at-home assessment is undeliverable, it will be marked as “SENT - Undeliverable Confirm patient/proxy is set up to receive communication through your organization’s process.” on the Assessment tab

Assessments sent through Tridiuum ONE:

  • when an at-home assessment is undeliverable, it will provide additional information on the Assessment tab with hover over text

  • when the user clicks “RESEND” on an undelivered assessment, they will be presented with the Add Assessment window which is already populated with the site, assessment type, AHA, provider, and visit (if applicable) of the undeliverable assessment. The user can choose to send the assessment via email or text, and update the delivery email or text.

    • When a user enters a new phone number or email message, the delivery status will be removed.

  • The patient profile will provide invalid messages, as appropriate:

Permissions

Manage Organization

Permitted users will be able to modify the following via the "Manage Organization":

  • Enable Text Messaging: having this ON will display phone number fields when sending an at-home assessment or a Tridiuum Video session.

  • Clinical Home View

    • By Assessment

    • By Appointment

Manage Roles

We have updated our search field on Manage Roles to include roles from previous pages.

React Refactor

We refactored the following areas to react, so we can expand future functionality to be incorporated in a more user-friendly view:

  • Access Log

  • Patient Log

React components allow you to separate the user interface into separate pieces they can be reused and handled independently. There aren’t any changes to the functionality of these areas; there may be some formatting changes made for consistency or improved user experience. This is only applicable for permitted users.

Updated missing report names in the Access Log for Extended Utilization Report and Therapeutic Alliance Alert Analytics reports.

Incomplete User Profile CSV Report

We updated the Incomplete User Profile CSV report to be more client friendly and consistent (e.g. “last_name” will be displayed as “Last Name”).

Screen & Refer Dashboard

We added 2 new filters on the Screen & Refer Dashboard:

  • Availability

    • All: Providers tab will include Providers with and without availability. If there is no availability/booked appointments, '0' will be displayed.

    • Providers with availability (default)

    • Providers with no availability

    • Providers CSV File will include providers with and without availability.

  • In Person/Virtual filter to for Service Area and Providers tabs.

Suicide Alert

Corrected an issue where the SUI Alert Report was not considering when there are multiple entries(scores) for Youth Mental Health and Youth Substance Use (patient and proxy/guardian).

  • when an alert is triggered for both patient and proxy, we will only count “1” in the frequency.

    • display patient score if patient score exists, if not, display proxy/guardian.

  • when an alert is triggered only by the patient, we will count “1” in frequency

  • when an alert is triggered only for proxy/guardian, we will count “1” in frequency

Self-Provisioned/SaaS Clients

At Home Assessment Expiration

We updated our SaaS orgs and onboarding form to make sure that Expiration timeframe for At Home Assessments is set to 60 minutes.

Manage Subscription

Tridiuum Administrators will be able to activate/inactivate clients via Manage Subscription.

  • If turned off (INACTIVE):

    • The current plan will end at the end of current month.

    • The organization will not be billed for active users for the next month in our monthly billing routine. (reactivated and overage etc should be considered.)

    • The users will be allowed to log in and use the application for the current month. The users will be deactivated at the end of month

    • Notifications to users or patients will not be sent after current month is over.

  • If turned on (ACTIVE):

    • Subscription plan will be enabled.

    • Monthly Billing will be enabled.

    • Users will be able to log in and use the application.

    • Notifications to users or patients will resume being sent.

While this functionality is not yet available to clients, it builds the groundwork for future offboarding functionality.

We updated our SaaS orgs and onboarding form to make sure that text is turned on.

URL

For users that log into: app.tridiuum1.com, they will no longer have to include /admin/login in the URL. This will stop users from getting the “No Configuration Found” message.

Telehealth

We upgraded our Dolby video Web SDK to 3.0 and also synced with latest UXkit layout.

Youth Patient: Resending Appointments

Corrected an issue where the survey definition was not getting selected while trying to resend an appointment for a youth patient, and as a result could not be sent.
