Tridiuum Platform v3.26 Release Notes

The information provided in this document is representative of the intended timeframe and functionality of an upcoming release to Tridiuum ONE.  Tridiuum reserves the right to reprioritize, modify, or cancel the release timeframe and any of the items noted in these release notes at any time, with or without notice.  These updates may be made available to different customers at different times.

Assessments

At-Home Assessment Error Messages

We have redesigned the error message window to provide more details to the user.

  • "The code is invalid" - "The access code you have entered does not match the access code for this assessment. Please click the assessment link again, and reenter the code."

  • "Survey has already been completed" - "This assessment has already been completed. Please contact your provider if you feel this is not correct and you need a new assessment link."

  • “Survey is cancelled” - "The assessment cannot be completed because the appointment is either in the past or does not require you to take an assessment. If you feel this is incorrect, your provider can give you a new assessment during your visit."

  • "Survey is expired" - "The assessment link has expired. If you need a new assessment link, please contact your provider to resend, or complete the assessment during your visit."

  • "Link is not valid" - "You have found an invalid assessment link! Please ask your provider to send you a new assessment link."

  • "Survey Cannot be completed" - "The assessment cannot be completed because the appointment is either in the past or does not require you to take an assessment. If you feel this is incorrect, your provider can give you a new assessment during your visit."

Adult Mental Health Assessment

We updated the Adult Mental Health assessments to include:

  • an updated suicidal risk message, if triggered on an at-home assessment

  • include the full PHQ9 questions

  • include the CSSRS1 and CSSRS1u questions

Youth Mental Health Assessment

We updated the Youth Mental Health assessments to include:

  • an updated suicidal risk message, if triggered on an at-home assessment for patient and proxy

  • include the CSSRS1 and CSSRS1u questions

  • thank you message upon completion

  • skip the child capability

  • added the ability for proxies to go back if they accidentally say they are NOT present to complete the assessment, but ARE available.

  • add multi-proxy functionality and reporting (only available if using the appropriate version)

Patient Payments

Providers can onboard with our payment partner to receive payments from patients prior to the start of your video session. You can enter your patients’ payment responsibility, set standard visit rates, and access transactions, reports and analytics through our safe and secure payment partner. (PCI DSS Compliant, Level 1 PCI Compliant, End-to-End Encryption and Tokenization, Partner Data Protection, and Fraud Prevention)

Patients can easily pay for the video session prior to the appointment through a PCI compliant process. Simply enter credit card information, which will be saved for the next visit or the patient can add a new payment method.

Card information is encrypted on all of the processing devices, and never stored after the transaction is completed. Our partner’s state-of-the-art cloud architecture is constantly tested for vulnerabilities to ensure the safety and security of your data. End-to-end encryption prevents interception of data by third parties and uses modern tokenization services. This prevents third parties from not only intercepting data, but from viewing it as well.

Please Note: This functionality will NOT be turned on, unless there has been explicit communication from your Customer Success Manager or additional communication in another release.
