Booking an Appointment in a Patient’s Timezone

As telehealth has increased, patients and providers can be in different timezones and it can be challenging to remember the time difference. In our 3.55 release TRIDIUUM ONE (v3.55) DETAILED RELEASE NOTES | Filter-by-Patient-Timezone, we updated the Tridiuum ONE Connect/Call Center experience to display and filter appointment times in a patient’s timezone and for appointments created via the Call Center, send patient notifications in their timezone.

In this release, we have updated the ability for:

  • Providers to view/set a patient’s timezone via the Patient Profile

  • Providers able to create/edit an appointment and view the site’s timezone and patient’s timezone

  • Providers able to view the site’s timezone and patient’s timezone on the Calendar View

  • Patients to see their appointment notifications in their timezone (outside of just the Call Center booked appointments

Online User Community Introduction

On October 1, we are rolling out the Online User Community (which will replace the Help widget for those with current access). This will be an all-inclusive hub to access informative articles and training guides, troubleshoot technical issues, submit requests, and provide feedback. All Tridiuum ONE users will receive more information via email soon.
