These updates will be applied automatically during non-business hours.  The system will be unavailable during the maintenance window shown above. No additional action is required for you to apply these updates.

Digital Adoption

  • Page Tips: We have added “Page Tips” guides to the Resource Center for the Scheduling Page and Patient Profile Page. The Page Tips guides allow users to select what they need additional help with and launch the corresponding guide. Users can also choose the “Something Else” option from the Page Tips guide, where they will be given a link to the Tridiuum ONE Knowledge Base and the opportunity to offer feedback. Existing Patient Profile Page Tips guide had been discontinued.
  • Targeted Reminders: Reminders will be targeted to referral-enabled providers based on platform activity. Applicable providers who have been active for at least 14 days and have not entered any intake availability will be reminded to enter availability and shown the corresponding guide instructing them how to do so. Providers who have been active for at least 14 days and have not completed any initial evaluations will be reminded to complete initial patient evaluations and shown the corresponding guide instructing them how to do so.
  • Button Relocation Tip: Users will be shown a tip notifying them about the relocation of the +ADD APPOINTMENT, +ADD HOLD, +ADD AVAILABILITY buttons on the Scheduling page the first time they visit the Scheduling page after this change is made.

Manage Sites CSV Export

We have added the ability to Export a CSV file in Manage Sites for permitted users, so users don’t have to select each site to view information.

Patient Appointment Confirmation

We received feedback that the Patient Appointment Confirmation/Cancel buttons were too close together, so we have updated the user experience to be more intuitive (in English and Spanish) as well as the messaging for single and recurring appointments in regards to this new user interface.

Scheduling

We have added new permissions to be able to hide Add Availability and Add Hold and their corresponding filters on the Scheduling Tab via Manage Roles. As a result of this, we have changed the order of the placement of these buttons, so if a user’s role gets updated, the Add Appointment will always remain in the same place.

The following columns are shown below.

  • Component/s - this column shows what area of the product is impacted by the change.  Changes affecting the same area are grouped together. 
  • Affected Users - identifies the primary types of users who would be impacted by the change.  This column is to help readers of this document know whether or not a change impacts them.
  • Type - this icon indicates the type of change that was made.  More details are provided below to clarify the potential values that may appear in this column.
  • Release Notes - this is a description of the changes to explain what was done, why and how it may impact you.
  • Key - this is Tridiuum's reference number used to track and report the changes that were made.  You should not need this value.  It is provided for reference only.
  • Linked Issues - this column displays Tridiuum's reference number for any issues that are related to the change.  Values that start with HELP are issues reported to our Product Support Team, and may be used to help you identify the support issues that are addressed. Clicking on a HELP issue should open the issue in our support portal.  Values starting with TNA or POL are associated issues for the iPad app and web application respectively and are provided for reference only.  You will not have access to issues that start with POL or TNA.  
  • Documentation - this column contains a link to the updated user documentation describing its function.

Issue Type Legend

Each release may contain some or all of the issue types below.

  • (green) - this indicates that the change is a new feature or enhancement to Tridiuum ONE which did not exist prior to this release.
  • (blue) - this indicates the change to the product did not require any development.  Examples of this might include equipment upgrades.
  • (red) - this indicates the change was made to fix a problem found with an existing feature in Tridiuum ONE.
