Assessments

At Home Assessment

Patients accessing an assessment via an at home assessment link were able to access the welcome page; this has been corrected. Pause and time out pages are now properly redirected to the timeout page and the patient is not redirected to the welcome page.

Screener Configuration

Every organization that implements a screener will be able to have organization-specific referral logic defined.

Thank You Page

Patients were unable to view the thank you page content without scrolling; this has been resolved.

We have updated “Call Center” to “Tridiuum ONE Connect” throughout the application. This applies to the following areas:

Clinical Home

By Appointment View: Provider Filter Issue

Providers were not filtering properly when the logged in user had the associated geography; this has been corrected.

  • When the provider search for the logged in user with a geography and all site access, user is able to view all providers associated to that geography.

  • When the provider search for the logged in user with a geography and selected sites associated, user is able to view all providers associated to those geography sites.

Forgot Password API

The forgot password API request was not finding the user if the case differentiated; this has been corrected.

Formatting

We updated disabled fields in the Manage Users and Manage Sites modals to have a consistent disabled color.

The last updated timestamps for many of the AMD calls were saved as Time.now and are now saved based on the server time returned from the call.

Patient Experience: ADA Compliance

We updated the patient experience to meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines:

If a patient has a scheduled in person or virtual appointment, we now send an email and/or text reminder 2 days prior to the appointment.

  • We will NOT be using secure messaging for this communication, as no PHI is provided or access to impact the patient.

Patient Profile

We have removed the animated arrow on the Patient Profile Page for Assessments, Visits, Referrals, and Notes when non exist.

PCI Compliance

We moved the payment page to a separate server for PCI Compliance.

Permissions

Roles and Geographies

When a user's role is changed to a role with a higher access, the narrowed geography list was not removed and updated to All; this has been corrected.

Original Result

  1. Access Manage Users

  2. Select a user with Counselor access, and a Geography set and a few sites selected.

  3. Edit the user and change their role to an Org Admin

  4. The sites are cleared and changes to "all sites", but the area is retained.

Correct Result

  1. Access Manage Users

  2. Select a user with Counselor access, and a Geography set and a few sites selected.

  3. Edit the user and change their role to an Org Admin

  4. Sites is changed to All Sites and Geography is changed to All.

Filters and Data Exports

We updated the Patient Gender Option from "Transgendered" to "Transgender" in reporting filters and data exports.

Patient Log

When a patient cancels an appointment, it is now logged in the Patient Log that the appointment was cancelled by the patient. This will assist informing providers to determine the cause when appointments are "disappearing" from their schedules. The log entry will read:

Appointment on <date of apt> at <time of apt> for <patient name> was cancelled by the patient.

Scheduling

Virtual Appointments

When virtual intake appointments are scheduled via a Call Center agent, an assessment is automatically sent. When editing the appointment via the Scheduling tab, it listed “No Assessment". This has been corrected.

Security

Welcome Page: MRN Search

We have added security enhancements to improve our overall PHI protection upon entering the MRN on the welcome page to include Date of Birth. Requiring Date of Birth on the welcome page is an organization level setting and may not be turned on for your organization.

  • if an organization is associated with a patient feed, the MRN and DOB will be checked first against the patient record in Tridiuum ONE if the patient exists, and if the patient doesn’t exist, then check them against the demographics feed

    • if the MRN and DOB don’t match in the patient record in Tridiuum ONE or the demographics feed, then the user is presented with an error message:

      • “The MRN and DOB combination provided cannot be found. Please check the MRN and DOB and try again, or follow your internal process for confirming patient information when the MRN or DOB cannot be found.”

  • if an organization is not associated with a patient feed, the MRN and DOB is checked against Tridiuum ONE’s system patients

    • if the MRN and DOB don’t match any patients in Tridiuum ONE, then they are presented with the form to add a patient

Onboarding Form

On the onboarding form, we now allow Organization and Site names to contain special characters:

  • A-Z (any standard letter)

  • 0-9 (any standard numeric)

  • & (ampersand)

  • @ (at sign)

  • . (full stop)

  • , (comma)

  • : (colon)

  • ; (semi-colon)

  • - (hyphen)

Progress Notes

We added Progress Notes to all SaaS clients.

Subscription Plan Descriptions

We updated the tier descriptions; this will surface on the Manage Subscription page when changing subscription plan.

Test Patient

We now create a test patient when a SaaS Organization is created to be able to provide a better onboarding experience.

  • This test patient's data will NOT be included in statistical information.

Telehealth

Dolby UI

Worked on re-developing the UXKit so we can expand functionality on the telehealth platform.

Virtual Appointments

For those providers that use a video platform outside of Tridiuum, for virtual appointments, we updated the toggle, availability, appointments, and holds to behave in the same manner that they do now except not launch the Tridiuum video. This is determined by the role permission: if an organization has permission to telehealth, but not access to Tridiuum video. If there were existing virtual availability, holds, and/or appointments and the access to Tridiuum’s Video platform is no longer permitted, they will behave as described below:

Permissions
  1. When an organization has telehealth off, then there will be no change in the current workflow.

  2. When an organization has telehealth on and the role has “allow video sessions” as Permitted, then there will be no change to current virtual workflow.

  3. When an organization has telehealth on and the role has “allow video sessions” as Not Permitted

    1. Video Play icons is removed from:

      1. Clinical Home

      2. Patient Profile

      3. Patients tab

Availability

We updated the “Add Availability” functionality to allow for virtual availability, but NOT launch the Tridiuum video session when booked via Tridiuum ONE Connect (Call Center app).

  • Providers can add Availability via the Scheduling tab (Permission: organization has telehealth on, but user role does not have access to Tridiuum video. 

  • Icons gets displayed in the scheduling tab cards.

  • Agents can view Availability

  • Agents can book appointments

Holds

We updated the “Add Hold” functionality to allow virtual appointments to be viewed and booked via Tridiuum ONE Connect (Call Center app) , but NOT launch the Tridiuum video session when the appointment is booked.

Appointments

We updated the “Add Appointment” functionality to allow for a virtual appointment with or without an assessment, but NOT launch the Tridiuum video session.

  • Users can add, edit, and cancel virtual appointments from patient profile and from scheduling tab.

  • Virtual icons get displayed in the Scheduling tab and in the Patient profile. 

  • The “Resend” button will be displayed only when an assessment is associated with the visit to resend the assessment reminder to the patient.

  • Appointment/Visit status will be “Scheduled”, unless “Cancelled” or marked as “no show”.

  • Providers will not get a toast notification reminder to launch Tridiuum’s video platform.

  • Appointment confirmation email in English and in Spanish. (Message via secure message)

  • Assessment

    • “Skip Assessment and Start Video Session link” will not be available when pausing survey:

    • “Begin Your Video Session” button will not be available from the “Thank you” page when the survey has been completed.

Provider Profile: “I accept video appointments" Toggle

If an organization has telehealth enabled, we now allow access to the "I accept video appointments" toggle to impact what gets presented on the Provider profile, even if role permission does not allow Tridiuum video sessions.
