This document contains information on all of the changes and updates made to all of the Tridiuum ONE products and features.  Some of the features listed may not apply to you or your organization.  If you have questions about how a particular item may impact you, please contact your organization's Tridiuum ONE Administrator or your Tridiuum Customer Success Manager.


Digital Adoption

  • ​New Onboarding Video
  • Tridiuum Library: a new feature within the resource center of the Tridiuum ONE Platform that serves as a one stop shop for resources pertaining to useful clinical information. Currently, the Tridiuum Library offers the following resources:

    • Clinical Videos from Dr. Bridget George

    • Blog articles authored by the Tridiuum team on various topics such as up and coming trends in the behavioral healthcare world and self-care tips for clinicians.

Organization Branding

Previously, we added Site Branding capabilities where a permitted user could modify branding at the site-level TRIDIUUM ONE DETAILED RELEASE NOTES (v3.28) | Site-Branding-Configurations. We have added new permissions that allows users to update branding at the organizational level. Site branding will persist, even if organizational branding has been updated.
