Executive Summary
Highlights of the release are below, with a detailed listing at the end of this document.
With the recent pandemic of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we understand that managing your patients while respecting social distancing and quarantines to better serve your population can be extremely complicated and stressful. You may even receive an outpouring of patients in need of services due to the increased stress, anxiety and depression that can set in during this time of uncertainty. As a Tridiuum ONE user, we are determined to ensure that you as the provider can continue providing the best care for your patients while respecting the limitations this trying time can bring.
How can I best serve my patients during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic?
Sending physical and mental health strength to you and yours.

At-Home Assessments Based on Schedule
Organizations have varying requirements for how frequently a patient is to take an assessment. It may not be necessary or required to take an assessment at every visit for every type of visit. For example, if you are seeing your therapist daily, you may only want your patient to take an assessment weekly. We have created the ability to manage this at the organization level.
Calendar: Hold Appointments
We have added "[HOLD]” to Hold appointment titles, so it can be easily distinguished on calendars (.ics).
Clinical Home: New "by Appointment Date" View
Many organizations need to see a daily view of patients taking assessments by the date of the appointment or encounter instead of by the assessment date as patients may have more than one appointment on a single day.
We have created a new Organizational setting to have the clinical home have a By Appointment View instead of By Assessment Result View. The new view will use the same columns as the clinical home and the default view will be Today. This view will NOT be viewable unless your organization requested the new view.
Multi-Proxy: Foundational Work
In our youth assessments, there is a variation that allows a proxy to answer the assessment questions on behalf of the patient (for example: a parent answering for their child) or in addition to the patient. In the current design, we display simply that a proxy answered an assessment (as indicated by dark blue/light blue designations on the clinical home, patient profile, and graphs).
This enhanced feature considers the scenario where there could be multiple proxies over the course of treatment. For example, consider a situation where the mother of the child attends the first 2 visits, but the father attends the 3rd visit and a grandparent during the 4th visit. In this scenario, we will provide the clinical team a visual representation to compare the proxy's answers to their own previous answers as well as to other proxy's answers. While we’re not ready to release the new functionality, significant development work has been completed to set the foundation for releasing multi-proxy assessments in the future.
