Assessments

Primary Care v3

We have added a more primary care provider friendly page to the existing Intake Report. This page is similar to the patient-facing report, but includes Suicide Risk, Harm to Others, and Level of Care Recommendations. The existing Intake Report will follow after this first page:

Clinical Documentation/Notes

We have removed the restriction of requiring a completed assessment prior to adding a note; an example might be if the patient is too young to take an assessment or a patient is cognitively impaired. We will still display the existing messages within a form and capture reasons why an assessment isn’t being taken and added that response to logs.

  • “Reason” drop-down selection:

    • Patient didn’t have time to take assessment.

    • Patient refused to take assessment.

    • Patient was too young to take assessment.

    • Patient was incapable of taking assessment.

    • Other Reason why assessment wasn’t completed.

      • comment box must be populated for submit button to be active if user selected “Other Reason”

Please Note: Users will not be able to create notes if no track has been created for the patient and the clinical definition is set to false for “allow track creation”. If you feel this configuration is not appropriate, please contact your Customer Success Manager or help@tridiuum.com.

  • this will not be applicable for Freeform Note

Data Sharing Between Organizations

The Patient-Sharing/Data Sharing Between Organizations (DSBO) initiative relies on the idea that all data shared via webhooks or API calls be processed successfully:

  • provider listings previously fetched practitioners where the associated user had FICOM enabled. In order to work with organizations that shared availability, we refactored the provider listing / booking page to remove user associations.

Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.

Digital Adoption

Mindful Minute: Self-Care for Clinicians

We’ve added a module within the Resource Center called Mindful Minute. Through the Tridiuum Library, clinicians can take advantage of guided exercises for self-care, designed as quick and simple breaks to Breathe, Move, Focus and Find Balance throughout the day. Providers can choose one of these options based on their free time and self-care preferences, or create a daily “mental break” routine from a combination of these exercises.

Loyalty Testing

What makes providers continue to use Tridiuum ONE? We want to test it out. As part of our ongoing loyalty program development, we have created user group segments to run incentive tests on targeted groups, both engaged and lapsed.

Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.

Disable Guides Reminder

We have added a reminder in Tridiuum ONE that provides instructions for disabling digital adoption guides in demo environments. This explains how to control user access to support guides.

Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.

Digital Front Door/Patient Self-Serve

Opt-Out of Digital Assets

We added the ability for patients to opt out of emailing or texting Digital Assets, in English or Spanish similar to the functionality added in TRIDIUUM ONE (v3.54) DETAILED RELEASE NOTES | Digital Assets

In the modal for emailing and texting the digital asset:

  • Added a Checkbox for “I would like to opt out of receiving this information.”

  • When checked, the email and texting check boxes are grayed out and disabled.

  • When checked, the green button label changes to “Done”.

  • When user clicks “Done”, the redirect is identical as clicking “Send” for the email and text options.

  • The referral is saved the same as if they did send it.

  • Should also be applicable for small mobile view.

Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.

FQHC Marketplace

We continue to build on the foundational work to integrate with an FQHC Marketplace via API endpoints:

  • Integrated sending patients' pdf, alerts, results, and recommendations within the FQHC UI. (CSSRS)

Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.

Logging

We have updated our Access Logs to indicate in person, virtual, or both when availability was added/updated.

Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.

Manage Organization

We added the "Expiration timeframe for At Home Assessments (minutes) paired with Appointments” setting to the Manage Organization modal.

Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.

Notifications/Messages

In Person Reminders and Appointment Confirmation Messages

We have received some feedback that patients think their appointments are virtual when they are actually booked as an in person appointment. Virtual appointments specify that it’s a virtual appointment and we have added “in person” to the applicable appointment reminder and appointment confirmation messages.

User Experience Improvements

Adding a Hold

When adding a Hold Appointment, we resolved an issue if you pasted/typed the patient's MRN and hit “enter” (instead of "tab"), it didn't display the patient information, it just provided the validation information, because it was trying to submit. For such search fields where we are making an asynchronous request to the backend, pressing enter will now make the field lose focus so that the user can see the search results and it should not attempt to validate the form.

Original Result

  1. Select ADD HOLD on scheduling tab

  2. Type valid MRN and hit “enter”

  3. Validation Message comes up, as form attempted to Submit:

Reporting

We resolved an issue on the Mental Health v4 monitoring report on alignment when all reasons for taking medication are selected.
