Editing Clinical Notes
Previously, when a provider added a note, it resumed the “in process” note of that type even if the note was started by another user. We updated the application to so that if there is an in progress note, it can only be resumed by the user that created it. If another user wants to make a note of the same type, then it will start a new note for that user. In other words, the system allows only one note per user, per note type. There can be multiple notes of a single type on a patient as long as they are associated with different users.
Multiple Logins
For providers that belong to multiple organizations, we have added the ability to switch accounts between organizations.
Self-Provisioning
We have developed the functionality to allow non-enterprise clients to be able to onboard themselves to become a Tridiuum client.
Site Branding
Permissioned users now have the ability to define a site-specific Email Subject Line for Patient Communication.
Screen Sharing
We previously developed screen share functionality, but was not turned on for all users. This will now be turned on so that during a video session, patients and providers will have the ability to share their screen via the share icon. Providers will want to make sure no PHI is available (other than the patient’s) that could be unintentionally shared.
