Executive Summary

Telehealth Video Sessions Now Available on Tridiuum ONE!

In response to COVID-19 and the need for behavioral health providers to administer assessments and sessions virtually, we have added an on-demand video session component via the web application. Providers can easily interact with their patient while reviewing the patient's record. Patients can use computers, laptops, mobile devices; no plug-ins or downloads required! This feature will not automatically be turned on for existing clients, unless discussed your Customer Success Manager. As this new feature is significant, we have additional training guides focusing on:

Additional Telehealth features and enhancements coming soon!

Accessibility Improvement

We made an update to comply with WCAG 2.1 recommendations for making Web content more accessible for users with disabilities. According to WCAG 2.1 (2.3.1 Three Flashes or Below Threshold), web pages should "not contain anything that flashes more than three times in any one second period, or the flash is below the general flash and red flash thresholds." In order to comply with this, we updated the patient experience to slow down the loading overlay to be a minimum 500-1000ms and added ease-in-out CSS transition so the loading overlay does not flash on the screen if the page request finishes immediately. This is to avoid any page flashes that could cause seizures. This was reviewed using NVDA and JAWS in Windows.

Call Center Screener: Spanish Translations

The Spanish translations for the EPN Screener have been updated to more accurately reflect the question intent and assist call center agents when reading these to patients live. While these questions are not unique to the Call Center Screener (EPN), the Spanish was showing differently than other assessments with these questions. Updates were made to PHQ1, PHQ2, GAD1, and GAD2.

Integration with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Upon completion of an assessment, we can now send a message to an electronic medical record system to notify providers when a particular score is generated, such as when a patient triggers an alert. Providers can now also view results for a completed assessment after a configured period of time if a patient fails to arrive to their appointment or when an appointment is cancelled.

Tridiuum Branding

We have updated our logo and branding to reinforce our commitment to improving the way behavioral healthcare is delivered. This update reflects our recent growth and evolution. Our new logo incorporates elements of a power button that reinforces the company’s commitment to powering behavioral health operations and workflows to advance patient outcomes. Green, the color associated with behavioral health, is dominant in the color palette and complemented with blue and gray. Our Tridiuum1 product name is now Tridiuum ONE and includes a new tag line: Reimagining behavioral healthcare.
