Executive Summary

Highlights of the release are below. To view our one page of detailed release notes, click here --> TRIDIUUM ONE DETAILED RELEASE NOTES (v3.27)

At Home Youth Assessments: Informant Mode

When a youth assessment has been sent to a patient prior to a video session or an in-person session, there may be the following requirements:

  • if the child is under a certain age, the parent/guardian needs to complete the full assessment
  • if the child is over a certain age, the child completes a version of the assessment that only prompts them to answer their questions, and the parent/guardian should receive a version of the survey that only prompts them to answer their questions.

To accommodate this, we are introducing "informant mode”, which will initially be set on the scheduled assessment via an API call to create the record, then carried through to the assessment, and enforced by the survey itself.

Call Center Application: New Design!

Upon discussions with call center users, it has been found to be too cumbersome to click into each provider’s name to view their availability and find something that works for the patient. The conversation is much better managed when the agent can see multiple providers' schedules in a single page and not have to click or move between pages. We have updated the Call Center Application design to provide as much of the information needed available in a single screen and utilize hover overs and pop-overs to display more details.Below is a sneak peak, but more can be viewed in the detailed notes.

Patient Experience: Branding and ADA Compliance

As a result of updating the patient experience to meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines, around color contrast, we updated the patient experience to match Tridiuum branding and accessibility requirements, while keeping the existing pages, workflow, and text the same. (Client-specific logos will be present in production, but have been removed only for release notes.) Below is a sneak peak, but more can be viewed in the detailed notes.

Patient Notifications

We have increased security and authentication around messaging to patients. When a patient receives a message from Tridiuum via email or text, they will click on a link to access their message. When the patient selects the link they are presented with a page that asks them what method they'd like to have their access code sent and allows them to select email or text. The options are presented based on the email and phone we have for that patient on record. The options are obfuscated. If they only have one notification method defined, we auto select and send the access code. Once the patient selects the method of delivery, Tridiuum ONE sends an access code and the patient is presented with a screen to enter the code and their date of birth. After successful validation of the code and DOB, the patient is presented with their message.

Telehealth: Chat

We have added chat functionality for one-on-one video sessions and with a group video session.

Groups

We have been working on the foundation to manage your therapy group participants in the same way you would your one-on-one patients: scheduling appointments, group video sessions, patient notifications, behavioral outcome reporting and more!

Please Note: Managing Group Therapy functionality is expected to be fully released on July 14th (Release 3.28).
