Call Center Application
We have added infinite scrolling for availability to the call center application to improve performance as well as to expand users' ability to search in the future without needing to re-enter dates.
Instead of a Begin and End Date Search, we changed the date range to “Start Searching From”.
Providers' availability will load and as the user scrolls forward in time, it will load those days with availability.
Users can only scroll back to the “start searching from” date plus two days, or today’s date.
Clinical Documentation
- Org-Specific Information
- In order to support varying contact information, we updated the clinical documentation and the corresponding PDFs to be configured at an organizational level (without needing to duplicate Clinical Survey Definition documents.)
User Management
- Managing Users via “Geography”
- Some organizations may delegate the management of users to local administrators that work within a specific geography (or area or key) as defined in the organization. To ensure access rules are properly enforced, we have introduced a geography property in the user edit screen, as well as new business rules to enforce the geography-specific concerns.
- View User Profile
- We have added "View User Profile" to the Edit User Modal. When selected, it shows the same “View My Profile”.
