User Experience

We continue to make updates that improve overall user experience.

Brand Redesign

In early 2022, Tridiuum joined forces with New Directions to transform the behavioral health system for the better. In this release, New Directions + Tridiuum will launch a new combined company name.

This shouldn’t change how you used the platform (functionality stays the same), but our platform will look a little different.

We updated the following elements to match platform redesign standards for:

  • “Tridiuum” and “Tridiuum ONE” Name references

  • Color Palette

  • Logos

Impacted Areas

  • Login pages

  • Pages

  • Modals

  • Confirmation Screens

  • Loading Banners

  • Validation Messages

  • Email, text and in-app notifications

  • Tablet application (Tridiuum ONE Connect)

  • Member Self-Serve

What has not been updated, but expected in 2023:

  • Assessments sent to patients (we are maintaining the current colors to maintain accessibility, but will be working to update this to new branding that also meets accessibility).

  • URLs

  • Email Domains

  • References to “Tridiuum” and “Tridiuum ONE” within screeners (in progress)

  • Colors within Scheduling Tab for Holds, Appointments, and Availability

We will continue to make tweaks and changes to meet our new brand!
