At Home Assessments
Our web application allows providers send an assessment to your patients prior to their appointments; this functionality is now available within the iPad application! Patients will receive an email or text with all of the instructions. Your patients simply follow the link and instructions in the email and you'll receive their results as if they were completing their assessment in your waiting room.
Home Tab
There are 2 locations where you can send/start an assessment. “Start Assessment” has been changed to “Add Assessment”:
Top Right Corner
Patient Card
Once selected, you will be able to select the Delivery Mode:
Send At Home Assessment: Displays “Send Via Email” or “Send Via Text” (if on for the organization) and one of them must be selected
Start Assessment Now: opens the assessment immediately in the patient view (current functionality).
