Data Sharing Between Organizations

Webhook

Organizations can now be notified via a webhook when there is a new appointment in a different organization. Once notified, the notified organization can then contact Tridiuum to learn more about the event in question.

Digital Adoption

Tridiuum is using Pendo, a digital adoption platform, to provide in-app walkthroughs and targeted messaging for improved onboarding, user experience and feature adoption. We have created a number of behind the scenes and user-facing updates to support the digital adoption initiative.

Onboarding

We have created a package of onboarding guides that will be presented to new users upon their first login to the Tridiuum ONE platform. This package includes an initial Welcome guide with a brief explanation of Tridiuum and gives the new users the choice of what they would like to learn about next. Legacy onboarding guides have been discontinued and replaced with the new package. New onboarding guides have also been made available in the Resource Center.

Page Orientations

New Tridiuum users will receive a 4-5 step page orientation guide with animated gifs when they navigate to the following pages for the first time:

  • Clinical Home

  • Patients Tab

  • Scheduling Page

  • Manage Users

  • Patient Profile

  • Site Navigation

Site Navigation

Only users with access to the pages above will be presented with that page’s onboarding orientation. If a user without the permission to access a page attempts to launch the orientation guide, they will be presented with the following message:

Resource Center

New onboarding guides have been added to the Tridiuum Resource Center to allow users to launch the training at any time. Should a user choose to dismiss an initial onboarding guide, they will be shown the Resource Center, where they can access helpful training guides at their convenience.

Badge Theme

We have updated the look of badge icons throughout the platform to maintain consistency. Users can click on the information icon for helpful tips about the targeted element.

Guide Theme

Existing in-app guides have been updated to a new look to maintain consistency with new onboarding guides.

Targeting Elements

We’ve made some behind the scenes changes to primary buttons and to label blocks to more accurately target elements to track feature clicks and trigger an in-app training guide steps/tooltips.

Please Note: This update does not have an effect on our clients.

Digital Front Door

Demo Patient Self-Serve Assessment

We’ve made some cosmetic changes to the patient self-serve assessment.

  • under “Referral Page Configuration Settings”, change “physician” to “Psychiatrist.”

  • removed an option for the Referral pages.

  • removed “Gambling” from the “Refer to Process Page.”

Spanish Translations

We’ve added Spanish configurations and translations within the Digital Front Door/Patient Self-Serve workflow.

Manage Visit Types Page

We have added a new Search Bar to the Manage Visit Types page. This search bar will be able to search both for codes of visit types and for names.

Notifications

Appointment Confirmation

We have resolved an issue where the timezone was not displayed in the confirmation email.

Error Messages

Appointments

We have improved the error message to reduce confusion when a user tries to edit an appointment after an assessment has already been sent to a Patient.

Original Message

Improved Message

Invalid MRN

We have added default validation messages when an invalid MRN is entered so that the error is in line with an organization’s configuration.

  • If the MRN is numeric only, the message will read: “MRN should be numeric.”

  • If the MRN is alpha characters only, the message will read: “MRN should not contain numbers or unsupported characters.”

  • If the MRN is alphanumeric, the message will read: “MRN should not contain unsupported characters.”

If an organization has specific validation messaging, that will be displayed instead of default messaging.

React Refactor

We have refactored Manage Providers to React, so we can expand future functionality to be incorporated in a more user-friendly view.

React components allow you to separate the user interface into separate pieces they can be reused and handled independently. There aren’t any changes to the functionality of these areas; there may be some formatting changes made for consistency or improved user experience. This is only applicable for permitted users.

Referral Home

We have started the foundational work for a brand new Referral Home with multiple ways of improving patient care. The specific qualifications that would lead to a referral, is configurable by organization. When configured, a patient takes a screener and their results can lead to them needing a referral. Patients will be added to a new “Referral Home” queue, where a permissioned user will be able to match the patient with the appropriate level of care.

Please Note: this will not have any immediate impact to current client. More information will be provided in future releases.

Export CSV

We’ve update the naming convention for Export CSV files to be more explicit on when the file was saved and for which organization. The following updates have been made with example formats:

Role Permissions

We have added a new Role permission regarding a user accessing the Communication tab and the Security tab in “My Settings.”

This new permission will have three options:

  • Not Permitted - A user with this permission will not see the Communication or Security tab in “My Settings”.

  • Review - A user will be able to access the Communication or Security tab but unable to edit any information.

  • Permitted - A user will be able to access the Communication or Security tab.

Sites

We have resolved an issue regarding Site names. Previously, some users found that they had issues saving site information because the name of the site was not unique across the entire Tridiuum ONE platform. Now, the Site Name only has to be unique within an organization.

Survey Definitions

Friendly Display Logic

On the manage Survey Definitions page, we resolved friendly display logic for the following:

  • GAD3 - GAD7

  • PTSD3 & PTSD4

  • PHQ3 - PHQ8

Please note: Nothing in the content of the questions or scoring logic has been changed, only the display of these questions on this one page.

User Experience

We have made minor changes in order to improve our product’s user experience regarding consistency and layout.

Access Adult Analytics Dashboard

We resolved an issue where users were getting an error trying to access the analytics dashboard if their name had an apostrophe in a particular format.

Adding Patients

We resolved an issue of creating a patient when the browser window was not at its maximum size.

Internet Explorer

We have corrected an issue for users trying to navigate the Patient Profile while using Internet Explorer. After resuming and completing an assessment, a user is taken back to the Patient Profile. Internet Explorer users couldn’t navigate away from that Patient’s Profile. This issue has been addressed and now it functions as expected regardless of browser.

PDF Report Viewer

We resolved a cosmetic issue on the PDF report viewer on the close (x) icon.

Terminology Consistency

We updated minor inconsistencies for the following:

  • When creating/editing an appointment or hold appointment from the Scheduling Tab or Patient Profile, we’ve changed the appointment option choice from simply “Virtual” to “Virtual appointment.”

  • In the Tridiuum ONE Connect/Call Center App, we’ve changed the classification reading “In-person” to “In person.” In addition, on booking appointment or booking hold appointment, we’ve changed the appointment option choice from simply “Virtual” to “Virtual appointment.”
