TRIDIUUM ONE DETAILED RELEASE NOTES (v3.29)

AMD Integration

We updated the logic to check whether patients should be loaded based on the patient’s age on the date of the appointment.

Assessment Logo on Thank You Page (in-Person)

We corrected and issue where the Tridiuum ONE logo was cut off when the patient received the Thank You page when taking an in-person assessment.

Assessments: Youth Mental Health

In the “More” window of the youth substance questions, we removed the phrase “More than a few sips” from the “Alcohol:” description in both English and Spanish versions.

At Home Assessments

We added a new configuration setting to define the timeframe, in minutes, in relation to the start time of the appointment after which the assessment cannot be started or resumed.

Clinical Documentation

Updated spelling in Child Initial Evaluation and Adult (10+) Initial Evaluation from “Curren Homicidal Ideation, Plan or Intent” to “Current Homicidal Ideation, Plan or Intent”.

Clinical Home (Group Filter on appointment view)

When the logged in user has access to groups, they will be able to filter the list of patients on clinical home by the group name. This was previously implemented for “by assessment result view”.

Group Therapy

Adding a Participant and Appointment Notifications

When a patient has been added to a Therapy Group, we now send a scheduled appointment notification to the newly added patient for the nearest upcoming appointment.

iPad App

Updated API calls to present Group and Payment options via the iPad app.

Manage Organization

As organizational settings have grown, we moved the settings into its own menu “Manage Organization” in the settings gear drop down and removed them from the Manage Survey Definitions functionality. We will continue to expand this functionality.

Note: Users that have access to Manage Survey Definitions have been granted access to Manage Organization. Newly created roles will need to be granted access via the Admin section.

Manage Users

To maintain consistency, we have updated "Users" to "Manage Users" in the settings gear drop down.

Improved Result

Add/Edit User Modal

Updated Add/Edit User Modal to be more manageable and intuitive.

  • Added more space for selecting sites

  • Updated checkbox to be consistent with application

Patient Experience: ADA Compliance

We updated the patient experience to meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines for Modal screens.

  • We removed positive tabindexes to elements as this can throw off the logical order of the page when tabbing via a keyboard.

  • We updated the focus to be inside the modal window for better navigation.

Performance Improvements

Improved application performance management (APM) for Surveys#dashboard performance and Patients#get_patient_surveys response time.

“APM Tools are about monitoring. APM processes, which you assemble into APM services are about management of the application life cycle. If you expect to be proficient with APManagement, then your APM discipline needs to be competent with these services and their underpinning skills and processes.” – Michael J. Sydor. APM Best Practices: Realizing Application Performance Management

SAML Integration

The Tridiuum ONE application now allows multiple integrations for Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) single sign-on implementation, including multiple for an organization, as well as a way to manage via the UI.

Secure Messaging

Usability Improvements

We will continue to make modifications to secure messaging to be more intuitive, but have made the following updates:

  • Access Code

    • Trimmed white spaces from Access code

    • Removed hyphen from Access Code

  • Date of Birth (DOB)

    • Removed Calendar from the DOB field

    • Dynamically parses and interpret DOB

    • Front end validation on year format

Confirmation/Cancellation

We removed the ability of a patient to confirm/cancel an appointment that no longer exists when clicking an old email/text message.

Original Result

  1. Start a screener assessment via the Call Center

  2. Book an appointment with a provider

  3. Verify Email notification for appointment confirmation mail.

  4. Login to call center and reschedule the appointment to a new provider

  5. Verify new Email notification for appointment confirmation mail.

  6. Click on the previous secure email and click to confirm the previous appointment

  7. Patient is able to confirm/cancel the previous appointment with the provider

Improved Result

  7. Previous secure message does not allow the patient to confirm/cancel the previous appointment.

Screener

During the screener, if a patient triggers a Suicide or Harm to Others alert, they are often sent back to the call center to finish the screener process and get referred for therapy. Because the system doesn't have a BHI for these patients, the call center agent tries to redeliver the screener and can end up in a loop as the patient will trigger an alert again. We updated the triage logic:

  • if a patient has a screener in the last 24 hours where the outcome triggered a SUI alert (the patient was sent to OD Triage), the current screener skips the CSSRS questions and asks the next appropriate question in the screener

  • if a patient has a screener in the last 24 hours where the outcome triggered a HARM alert (the patient was sent to OD Triage), the current screener skips the questions and asks the next appropriate question in the screener

  • timeframe (24 hours) is managed by the assessment

Site Branding

Corrected an issue where certain browsers were not consistently refreshing when a new logo was updated.

Site Profile

Corrected an issue that was preventing non-production users from updating their site profile when there were no options in the “Geography” drop down (or whatever phrase the organization uses for “Geography”.

Telehealth

Call Center Application

When booking a virtual visit in the call center, the user must now enter an email or a phone number before they can save, so that patients will receive the video session notifications.

Scheduled Virtual Sessions Countdown

For scheduled video sessions, we now provide a countdown remaining for your session to help keep track of the time remaining of your appointment. This is presented only to the provider.

When the session duration has 10 minutes left from the appointment end time, the text and time will become red, with a slow pulse glow. When no time remains, the text will change to “Your session has run <time> over the appointment time.”

Virtual Waiting Room

In order to make sure the provider starts the session, we have added a virtual waiting room. Once the provider launches the video session, they will be presented with the status of waiting participants. When the provider is ready to start the video session, they will click on the green button to connect. If it is a group session has more than one participant is waiting, it will display the number of participants waiting:

Once the provider starts the session, if the session gets disconnected, the user will go back to the existing Connect/End screen with the same workflow as it currently exists:
