Patient Gender and audit03_c question

Corrected an issue that prevented the 3rd audit screener question from displaying if a patient's gender was listed as "Other".

If the patient gender is male and under 66, the patient will be asked “How often do you have five or more drinks on one occasion?” If the patient does not meet that criteria, they will be asked, “How often do you have four or more drinks on one occasion?”
