Call Center and Scheduling
We continue to make improvements to our call center in screening, referrals and agent interactions.
Appointment Booking
Enabled availability slots that are secured as a booked appointment to appear locked in scheduling module.
Enabled availability slots to lock only when a call center agent clicks to secure it, and unlock if they close the appointment modal without booking.
User Experience
Updated the patient confirmation page to include all health plans names selected in the patient's profile.
Updated icons on Appointment Details for clarity around which options are disabled (darker gray indicating a selected option).
We aim to create a better user experience in Tridiuum ONE with guided walkthroughs, pop-ups and tooltips.
New User Onboarding
Site Navigation: updated guide (which is the first one presented to new users) to incorporate personalization (first name) and universal explanation of top navigation, settings and Resource Center.
Clinical Home: updated guide to incorporate overview of page, assessments/alerts, filter feature and Patient Profile.
Disabled welcome video (“Meet Sam”) and launcher guides previously deployed upon first login.
Tooltip Revision
View Patient Info: ensured users on Patient Profile are aware of the View Patient Info link near the top of the page under the patient's name.
Resource Center
Drafted monthly blog announcement to highlight for October (launch upcoming)
Performance + User Experience
We continue to make updates that improve overall application performance and usability.
Expanded filtering options for Manage Sites:
Added Internal/External column in table
Added filter (Timezone, External/Internal/Survey Definitions)
Enhanced patient search functionality on the Patient List screen to properly handle names with apostrophes.
Addressed error with View Patient Info link not opening patient details modal.
Fixed Cancel Reason tooltip from being able to move instead of anchored to appointment.
