Patient Profile

We continue to improve user experience and functionality of the Patient Profile.

• Added insurance field under Parent Group Name to accommodate for changing insurance models on the Patient Confirmation screen.

• Addressed issue in which insurance information was not displaying on the Patient Confirmation screen.

Provider Notifications

We continue to improve user experience and functionality for the Notifications Dashboard.

• For notifications that don’t have a destination, such as a patient profile, when a user clicks on it, it will now bring the user to view just that notification on the Notifications Dashboard. The user can click View All Notifications to view all notifications, but it will mark the original message as “read” and remove the unread badge indicator.
