Adult Analytics Dashboard
We have addressed needs for improvement on the Adult Analytics Dashboard by adding the number of patients for BHI, Depression, Anxiety, and Alcohol Use average scores at intake, update #3 and update #6.
Data Sharing Between Organizations (DSBO)/Public APIs
To support the ability of different Tridiuum organizations to share availability, referrals survey results, or book appointments with each other, we have worked on the ability to improve our public API offerings to make implementations/integrations faster with universal access to consumers.
Public APIs
Updated log to include both successful and unsuccessful imports of BHI results.
Fixed issue related to creator ID/updater ID API fields.
Clinical Home by Appointment now shows assessment results for a patient with whom a provider has an appointment, regardless of the provider with whom the assessment is associated.
Please Note: This may not have any immediate client impact for organizations that aren’t configured to share data across organizations.
Google Calendar Integration
Tridiuum will soon offer calendar syncing to providers that manage their day-to-day work schedule using Google Calendar. Availability added by the provider to their Google Calendar will get synced to their Tridiuum ONE calendar. Appointments booked in Tridiuum ONE will get synced to a provider’s Google Calendar.
Implemented function to check for calendar events beyond the initial 90 days out so platforms always remain in sync.
Added guide and Knowledge Base article to introduce users with access to Google Calendar integration to the feature and educate them on how to sync to their Tridiuum ONE calendar.
Please Note: Work for this functionality is ongoing and more will be available in full in future releases.
Patient Preferred Name
We have added a field to collect a patient's preferred name on the patient profile. The preferred name will show in the header of the patient profile as well as in the patient list. Users can search by the preferred name in the patient list as well.
This is especially important for patients who may be transitioning. Their legal EMR name is one name, but the name they identify with is another. Patients can see this as a setback if they are referred to by their legal name when referred by an external provider.
(this can also be searched)
Patient Profile
On a Patient Profile, the “Alternate phone 2” field is the field where the phone number collected in the Tridiuum ONE Connect screener is stored. The phone number that is collected in a screener is prefaced as the phone number the provider should use to contact the patient. The field where this phone is saved being called “Alternate Phone 2” does not communicate to the providers that that is the phone number they should call the patient on.
The field called “alternate phone 2” on the patient profile has been updated to be labeled “Preferred Contact Number.”
Provider Notifications
In order to make the Notifications Dashboard more effective, we have added functionality to be a central area for providers to view and manage their notifications:
Notifications List: View/manage the Notifications list by:
Going to the Notification Link Destination (e.g. Patient Profile, Therapy Group)
Expanding/Collapsing Large Notifications
Mark Notification as Read/Unread
Mark Notification as Archived/Unarchived
Add/Edit/View Reminders
Select multiple notifications and set as Read/Unread or Archived/Unarchived
Appointments Highlight Box: View upcoming appointments for the next 7 days and go to the Notification Link Destination (e.g. Patient Profile, Therapy Group)
Reminders Highlight Box: View/manage reminders that have not been marked as completed or deleted. If there are no reminders, this highlight box will not be shown. Reminders can be created for a notification to display in the Reminders Highlight box; if a date and time is added, users will receive an onscreen reminder at that date/time.
Filters: Filter the Notification list by Read/Unread, Archived/Unarchived, and/or Notification Type
Set Individual Email Preferences: Users that currently get notifications based on their role will now have a new permission enabled where the Notifications Tab will be displayed via My Settings in the gear drop-down. This new tab allows users to set their email preferences for specific notifications.
Notifications List
We have added additional functionality around Notifications to better manage the list:
Select multiple notifications and set as Read/Unread or Archived/Unarchived
View notification shows up to 2 lines of message.
When a message is clicked, it still brings you to the destination link, when appropriate (e.g. Patient Profile, Therapy Group)

(this is only able to be set if there is at least one notification as ON in Manage Roles, Notifications tab)
General Improvements/Updates
We continue to make updates that improve overall application performance and usability.
Clinician Mode/Proctor to Patient
Screener now shows reason for visit and allows editing.
Permissioned users are now able to edit a completed survey in Clinician Mode via the View/Edit button given the following permissions.
via Manage Survey Definitions
Clinician mode enabled=ON
Allow edit of completed survey in clinician mode=ON
via Manage Role
Enable Clinician Mode=Not Permitted
Users will not be able to Edit a completed survey, via “VIEW/EDIT”. It will just say “VIEW” if “Enable Clinician Mode”=Not Permitted.
Resolved issue with the Submit button not being active while editing a screener
Tridiuum ONE Connect/Call Center
We continue to improve our Tridiuum ONE Connect/Call Center for more seamless integration between all steps in the screening/referring process.
On the Call Center booking page, if a patient’s address is not formatted in a way that MapQuest can accept, causing the address to populate as incomplete, we now leave the Patient Location field blank. If the address is recognized, it populates as previously experienced.
Previously, if there were no availability slots for the week based on the entered start date, the booking page would display the “no availability” message. We have updated the booking page to show the next available slot from the entered start date (up to 90 days).
Additional Improvements
Data Management: Cleaned up database to purge superfluous data points.
Internal: Enabled a setting so Tridiuum admins can toggle initiatives on/off for an organization.
