Data Sharing Between Organizations/Public APIs

To support the ability of different Tridiuum organizations to share availability, referrals survey results, or book appointments with each other, we have worked on the ability to improve our public API offerings to make implementations/integrations faster with universal access to consumers.

  • Made Referral Home an option in the default home page field on the Edit Role page for permissioned users.

  • Corrected patient date registered in Patient List

  • Optimized speed and accuracy of DSBO patient referral.

Public APIs

  • Configured API validations for creating practitioner records to avoid duplicate records.

  • Employed a delete functionality so users can remove certain practitioners from their database by making them unreferrable.

Please Note: This may not have any immediate client impact for organizations that aren’t configured to share data across organizations.

Digital Adoption

We add resource materials and gather feedback from our clients to create a better user experience in Tridiuum ONE.

New & Improved Knowledge Base

We enhanced our existing Knowledge Base and added new resources that include the following:

  • User Manual: step-by-step instructions and FAQs

  • Features Glossary: site components and feature definitions

  • Tridiuum University: extended courses about the platform

  • Release Notes: log of tech updates

  • Implemented Walkthrough Guide: users can explore new and improved Knowledge Base both through the Resource Center and by bookmarking the Online User Community page.

User Survey

  • Added a pop-up guide encouraging users to take a user feedback survey.

Google Calendar Integration

Tridiuum will soon offer calendar syncing to providers that manage their day-to-day work schedule using Google Calendar. Availability added by the provider to their Google Calendar will get synced to their Tridiuum ONE calendar. Appointments booked in Tridiuum ONE will get synced to a provider’s Google Calendar.

Synchronization

  • Implemented periodic query of provider’s Google Calendar to detect any changes that may have been missed by push notifications in order to keep calendars in sync.

  • Recurring Tridiuum ONE appointments will be synced to provider’s Google Calendar and kept up-to-date with rescheduling and/or cancellation.

  • Configured blocked time slots (i.e. lunch, private appointments) imported from Google Calendar to Tridiuum ONE calendar to appear as “unavailable.”

Provider’s Blocked Time Appearing as Unavailable in Tridiuum ONE

Please Note: Work for this functionality is ongoing and will be available in full in a future release.

Provider Profile & Call Center

We continue to improve our Call Center and provider profile for more seamless integration between all steps in the screening/referring process.

  • Added TMS depression therapy to provider specialty list on their profile and made available on the booking page.
