Data Sharing Between Organizations (DSBO)/Public APIs

To support the ability of different Tridiuum organizations to share availability, referrals survey results, or book appointments with each other, we have worked on the ability to improve our public API offerings to make implementations/integrations faster with universal access to consumers.

Public APIs

  • Ensured that all necessary data that enables practitioners to be booked is correctly transferred and received.

  • Addressed issue with proxy data for youth mental health assessment intake created with API.

DSBO

  • Safeguarded connectivity between organizations by running tasks every five minutes that reaffirm org associations.

Please Note: This may not have any immediate client impact for organizations that aren’t configured to share data across organizations.

Episode of Care by Organization

We have added the ability to configure the duration of episodes of care per organization so that an organization can specify when they would like another intake assessment to be taken. Permissioned users will be able to set the Episode of Care Duration in days and manage the Episode of Care Duration start from Intake or by Date of Last Update via Manage Survey Definitions.

Google Calendar Integration

Tridiuum will soon offer calendar syncing to providers that manage their day-to-day work schedule using Google Calendar. Availability added by the provider to their Google Calendar will get synced to their Tridiuum ONE calendar. Appointments booked in Tridiuum ONE will get synced to a provider’s Google Calendar.

Synchronization

  • Allowed blocked time to be synced from Google Calendar to Tridiuum ONE and signify to Call Center agents which time slots are unavailable for booking.

  • Slowed down the amount of time it takes for Tridiuum ONE to sync time slots from Google Calendar in order to improve performance.

  • Fixed issue in which blocked events in Google Calendar were not syncing correctly to Tridiuum ONE when subject line did not include T1 marker and event was not set to Free.

Time slots marked “Busy” in Google Calendar will sync to Tridiuum ONE as unavailable for booking
Time slots synced as “Busy” will appear as unavailable for booking in the Call Center view

Please Note: Work for this functionality is ongoing and more will be available in full in future releases.

General Improvements/Updates

We continue to make updates that improve overall application performance and usability.

Clinical Documentation/Notes

We are making structural changes and interface updates for providers to better document their episodes of care with patients.

  • Updated the Save button on the Notes modal window to read Save Draft when not all required fields are populated in order to clarify that this action does not permanently submit documentation.
