Drug Use | Patient Change Tooltips

We updated the tooltips on the Patient Change Graph on the Drug Use area to show that the section the tooltip referenced is the BHI Severity (High, Moderate, Low) instead of reiterating the Patient Change ("Improved to Remission", "Improved but not in remission"...etc.):

Program Metrics | Patient Change Line Chart

For assessments without an ETR, such as Substance Use assessments, we can’t generate an Average Severity Adjusted Effect Size on “Patient Change”. On the Program Metrics Line Chart, we resolved an issue where we were showing a negative score when only assessments without an ETR were included in the results.

Assessments

Primary Care v3

We released a new standard version of the Primary Care assessment (version 3) that includes the PTSD5 domain (instead of PTSD4), and has a reordered set of questions. This includes:

  • Assessment

  • Intake PDF Report

  • Monitoring PDF Report

  • Patient PDF Report

  • Q&A Report

PTSD4 vs PTSD5 Comparison:

PTSD4

1. In your life, have you ever had any experience that was so frightening, horrible, or upsetting that, in the past month, you:
Have had nightmares about it or thought about it when you did not want to?

2. In your life, have you ever had any experience that was so frightening, horrible, or upsetting that, in the past month, you:
Tried hard not to think about it or went out of your way to avoid situations that reminded you of it?

If the patient answered “Yes” to questions 1 or 2, they are asked:

3. In your life, have you ever had any experience that was so frightening, horrible, or upsetting that, in the past month, you:
Were constantly on guard, watchful, or easily startled?

If the patient answered “Yes” to 2 or more questions for questions 1, 2, or 3 they are asked:

4. In your life, have you ever had any experience that was so frightening, horrible, or upsetting that, in the past month, you:
Felt numb or detached from others, activities, or your surroundings?

PTSD5

Sometimes things happen to people that are unusually or especially frightening, horrible, or traumatic. For example:

  • a serious accident or fire

  • a physical or sexual assault or abuse

  • an earthquake or flood

  • a war

  • seeing someone be killed or seriously injured

  • having a loved one die through homicide or suicide

Have you ever experienced this kind of event?

If the patient answers “Yes”, they are asked the remaining questions:

  1. In the past month, have you…
Had nightmares about the event(s) or thought about the event(s) when you did not want to?

  2. In the past month, have you…
Tried hard not to think about the event(s) or went out of your way to avoid situations that reminded you of the event(s)?

  3. In the past month, have you…
Been constantly on guard, watchful, or easily startled?

  4. In the past month, have you…
Felt numb or detached from people, activities, or your surroundings?

  5. In the past month, have you…
Felt guilty or unable to stop blaming yourself or others for the event(s) or any problems the event(s) may have caused?

Q&A Report

Please Note: Proctor to Patient Mode is still being updated; more information will be provided in a future release.

Substance Use v8

We are continuing the foundational work to provide a new substance use assessment.

Please Note: This has no immediate client impact. More information will be provided upon final release.

Clinical Home

Clinical Home by Assessment

We resolved an issue where the Clinical Home by Assessment was showing a blank page after applying filters if the user clicked Back via the browser; the default filter values were not passed into the API call, that resulted in an empty response.

Toggling between Clinical Home by Appointment and Clinical Home by Assessment

We resolved an issue where the date filter was being cleared when toggling between the Clinical Home by Appointment and Clinical Home by Assessment. (Other filters were already being retained when switching.)

Digital Adoption

Enhancement Poll

Results from the Learning Resources Poll released in Platform v3.45 revealed strong interest from users in improvements to their support and training experience. With this release, users who have been active on Tridiuum ONE for 30 or more days will receive a follow-up poll inquiring about what enhancements they would most like to see implemented. Enhancement options that are presented for users to choose from are Routine Webinars, Live Chat Feature, Help Call Line, Book a One-on-One Training, Improved Support Portal Experience or More In-application Walkthroughs.

Icons Key

An Icons Key has been added to the Resource Center Training Guides Module to provide information about what icons mean throughout the Tridiuum ONE platform.

Supplemental Page Tips

We’ve added a badge to the Add User window to assist users in filling out the fields. Upon clicking on the “Need More Help?” badge, users will be given a link to the corresponding Knowledge Base article with more information.

New Feature Notification

Users will receive a pop-up notification about the new graphs that have been added to the Patient Profile Page.

Performance Improvement

The file sizes of the animated gifs embedded within guides were reduced in the previous release to improve guide loading time. Regression testing was completed to assess for performance improvement. Results indicate significant improvement in the amount of time it takes to load in-app guides as a result of the modifications made.

Paths/Funnels

We've done some behind the scenes analyses on the paths that users take throughout the Tridiuum ONE platform. While there will be no initial impact to end users, these analyses will help us identify gaps in the product/training experience to make future improvements.

Please Note: This has no immediate client impact.

Tridiuum Library

We’ve begun working on the foundational elements of the Tridiuum Library, a new Resource Center module that will house helpful content for providers.

Please Note: This has no immediate client impact. More information will be provided upon final release.

Editing a Telehealth Visit

Resolved an issue where a user was unable to edit a virtual session because the survey definition referenced was invalid. There were two ways in which it could fail:

  1. The survey definition associated with the visit was deactivated and replaced by a newer version.

  2. The survey definition associated with the visit was a youth survey definition and the patient has since turned 18.

Follow the Patient/Data Sharing Between Orgs

To support the ability of different Tridiuum organizations to share availability, referrals survey results, or book appointments with each other, we have worked on the ability to:

  • fetch scores for a survey from an API endpoint

  • fetch a referral from an API endpoint

  • access a patient shared from another Tridiuum ONE organization

  • generate a referral via Tridiuum ONE Connect, Digital Front Door, or Referral Home and have the referral shared with another Tridiuum ONE organization

  • process referrals shared from another Tridiuum ONE organization

  • have patient results show in my Tridiuum ONE instance from a third party

Please Note: This has no client-facing impact.

Manage Single Sign-On

We resolved an issue where a user was receiving an error when editing a single sign-on integration when the save button was selected.

Please Note: This has no client-facing impact.

NativeApp

When attempting to add new availability in the NativeApp, we resolved an issue where it wasn’t always updating newly created availability. (Note: the web application was showing correctly.) This was occurring if we did not send any default sort parameter and if a large amount of records were included in the request.

Original Result

  1. Log in as native app user

  2. Navigate to availability sections

  3. Add new availability slot

  4. Check availability

  5. Availability not showing in NativeApp

Corrected Result

  1. Log in as native app user

  2. Navigate to availability sections

  3. Add new availability slot

  4. Check availability

  5. Availability is showing in NativeApp

Referral Home

We are continuing the foundational work to provide a referral home functionality.

Please Note: This has no immediate client impact. More information will be provided upon final release.

Reporting on Patient Profile

We have improved our graph reporting on the Patient Profile for the following assessments:

  • Mental Health v4

  • Substance Use v7

Graphs Tab

As we are adding additional graphs, we have added a new Graphs tab on the Patient Profile. The BHI Treatment graph will exist on both the Results tab and the Graphs tab, pinned at the top.

  • you will be able to scroll through the graphs using the green arrows or by clicking the dots

  • each graph represented will have a dot with a tooltip indicating which graph is represented

Graph Expansion

We have added the ability to expand the graphs in a larger view when you click on the expand indicator in the top right corner.

  • you will be able to scroll through the graphs using the green arrows or by clicking the dots

  • each graph represented will have a dot with a tooltip indicating which graph is represented

  • the X in the top right corner will close the modal with the same user interface as the smaller version

  • you can still view specific score tooltips, by hovering over graph point

GAD & PHQ Graph

We have added a new GAD & PHQ graph, so that providers can track how those domains are trending with each other.

Please note that the scales differ, so there is a GAD Max Line to indicate the highest that graph can go.

  • GAD (range 0-21)

  • PHQ (range 0-27)

Please Note: PDF Reporting and Youth assessments are still being updated with the new graphs/user interface. Additionally, the Therapeutic Alliance Graph will be added on the Patient Profile for the Adult Mental Health v4 assessment. More information will be provided in a future release.

Scheduling

Deleting Future Availability

We resolved an issue where a user would delete a large set of future availability and receive an error.

Screen & Refer Dashboard

We resolved an issue where the number of appointments increased when applying the 'Provides physical assistance' filter on the Screen & Refer Dashboard.

Tridiuum ONE Connect/Call Center Application

Configuration

We have updated the Instructional Information presented to a Tridiuum ONE Connect call center agent to be configurable to dynamically pull patient specific information into the field.

Area of Configuration

Example of Configuration

Please Note: This has no immediate client impact.
