Assessments

Mental Health Assessment v5

Similar to TRIDIUUM ONE (v3.58) DETAILED RELEASE NOTES | Primary Care v4 , we have created a version of the Mental Health v4 assessment to replace PTSD4 with PTSD5 and added Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) questions.

Please Note: This assessment will be receiving additional updates in a future release and will not yet be turned on for any clients.

Mental Health Assessment v6

We created a new version of the Adult Mental Health Assessment (MHv6). This assessment is almost identical to v4, but replaces PTSD4 with PTSD5 questions. Patient results and alerts will appear in the Clinical Home, as usual, available in English and Spanish.

  • Developed an Intake Report for patients completing MHv6, which is identical to the Mental Health v4 Intake Report but with PTSD5.

  • Developed a Monitoring Report for patients completing MHv6, which will also track PTSD-5 question trends.

Sample: Monitoring Report - Medication results

Sample: Monitoring Report - Symptoms results

Sample: Monitoring Report - Substance Use results

Sample: Monitoring Report - Therapeutic Alliance results

Please Note: This assessment will be receiving additional updates in a future release and will not yet be turned on for any clients.

Data Sharing Between Organizations

The Patient-Sharing/Data Sharing Between Organizations (DSBO) initiative relies on the idea that all data shared via webhooks or API calls be processed successfully:

  • Made enhancements to the functionality on the Manage Sites screen to improve the user experience to view partner site information for organizations that share data. We have updated this to be an information-only window that only shows information relevant to the user:

    • Partner sites have an “eye” icon in the “Edit” column instead of the pencil.

    • When clicking on the “eye”, a modal appears that is text only. Showing all of the site information that is passed via clients that are configured to share data between organizations.

    • The user will not be able to edit anything in the informational window.

  • Altered existing DSBO integrations to better handle real life scenarios identified from partner conversations by updating our structured data to classify “Encounters” as “Visits.” Added additional integrations to handle cancelled visit scenarios.

  • To provide real time notification, we have developed a way to communicate that the transfer of data between themselves and their partner was successful or failed:

Success

Failure

  • Developed a way to communicate to the end user that transfer of data to partner organization is in process/complete. Processing request window indicates to user that information is being sent to a partner organization, and will land on a success/failure outcome window when the process is complete.

    • Developed log screen for Tridiuum Admins to track data sharing calls. The log’s View function marks transactions as failed or successful, and the Re-trigger function allows for a call to be re-initiated.

      Log screen

  • Built automated email notifications for when a user receives a patient referral. Only users with appropriate permissions will get an email notification.

    •

  • As users send patients from one organization to another, patients may opt out from continuing to share their data with their referral organization. We developed functionality for providers to toggle sharing patient data OFF to discontinue data sharing relationship with another organization for patient.

    • Added a new tab in the Edit Patient model titled “Linked Providers” for permitted users

      • Toggle defaults to “On” when patient is shared to receiving org.

      • When toggled “Off”, all new patient data will no longer be shared to the referring org.

New tab “Linked Providers” is added in Edit Patient modal for Provider orgs

“Linked Providers” is not shown in Edit Patient modal for Payor and other DSBO disabled orgs

  • Improved performance of DSBO workflows with a more efficient method of handling authentication tokens.

Please Note: This may not have any immediate client impact for organizations that aren’t configured to share data across organizations.

Digital Adoption

New for On-Premise Users: Resource Center + Guides

On-Premise users of Tridiuum ONE now have full access to our Resource Center module (including our newly released Online User Community) and all in-app guides. Guides can now be deployed to all users without the need for internal segmentation. To track new user activity in the Online User Community, we have tagged it for metrics and analytics.

Adult Analytics Dashboard Export Enhancements Guide

We enhanced the .csv export function on the Adult Analytics Dashboard in our 3.58 release. When users navigate to the Analytics Dashboard for the first time since this update, a pop-up guide will notify users of this update and provide a link to an expanded Knowledge Base article with more information.

Loyalty Program: Provider Achievements

As we continue to prepare our loyalty program, we are beginning to run tests across user cohorts to analyze what has a positive impact on user activity. For this test, we will offer a celebratory message when users add a patient assessment. We will also track test activity against control groups so we can make informed decisions about what is best for our users.

Celebratory Message

Please Note: This will not impact all clients. Users have been randomly selected for this Loyalty Program Test.

FQHC Marketplace

We continue to build on the foundational work to integrate with an FQHC Marketplace via API endpoints:

  • We synchronized providers, appointments, departments, and patient information based on filtering appointment/visit type via the API endpoint.

  • We have implemented Tridiuum’s Behavioral Health Index (BHI) module into the question library by which these users will be able to access these detailed results, critical alerts and recommendations at the completion of every screener/assessment.

  • We updated the Visit Status within Tridiuum ONE, via an API endpoint.

Please Note: This does not have any immediate client impact.

Security and Compliance

We continue to make improvements regarding security, performance, and compliance:

  • We have improved the path a user will follow after clicking the link to a patient confirmation page. Previously, if a user was not logged in when they clicked this link, they were re-directed to the login page. Now, Tridiuum will authenticate this user identity on the backend, allowing the user to bypass the login and go directly to the desired link destination.

Please Note: This functionality will not have any client-facing impact.

Patient Profile: Medication and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)

We added SDOH questions to our Primary Care v4 assessment in the TRIDIUUM ONE (v3.58) DETAILED RELEASE NOTES | Primary Care v4 . On the Intake, each patient is asked all of the questions. On the update, SDOH questions are triggered depending on an into question. Questions that weren’t asked on the update were displaying as “not applicable” on the patient profile. We have removed the “N/A” indications for patient results for SDOH questions that were not triggered. The green drop-down arrow for SDOH/medications section is removed entirely if neither of these triggers exist for a given patient.
